Love everything about this place. As soon as I walked in customer service was excellent. They have a great selection of jewelry and clothing. Very high end products. I will definitely be visiting again when I come back to Jackson.

Not my style

Poor customer service. I should have read reviews before I ordered from this company. Have emailed three times to get a return address for items I want to return. No response from Shannon. Will dispute my entire purchase with my credit card company and have the charges reversed

Horrible customer service. Order online, charged my card right away and gave an ETA upon completion of order. ETA came and went and order still did not ship. Emailed for an update and was told they were out of town do you still want the item or cancel it. I emailed 2 additional times without response. I called and was told they shipped it ground and that they would credit me. I will not hold my breath. Also, this was not shipped by "the Chinese Company".

So I ordered thinking I was ordering from Memphis or at least the U.S.! Then I get a shipment notice that it shipped from China!!!! That should be obvious when ordering. Not a good sales system. Be transparent!

I hesitated to purchase from an online store I knew nothing about. The order took a very long time to get to me. The quality was less than what I was expecting and I decided to return two pieces. I have emailed their support email 3 times with no response. I have contacted them through their website with no response. I called the customer service phone number off of their website and the message says they are not taking calls at this time. Looks like they have the control here and I may need to eat the cost of the pieces I don’t want. Very frustrating and not a good way to run an online business. BEWARE!

I placed an order for a cute dress.. I anxiously waited for my delivery .. it did take quite a while however I expected that .. I couldn’t wait to open package .. only to find a skirt ( same color as dress I ordered) I sent customer service a message 3X’s explaining I recieved wrong package .. I have heard NOTHING back from Sassy Grace .. Do NOT order.. no matter how cute their cloths look .. I lost $50 and am very very disappointed in their -0- response.
This is a scam .. research the company .. I wish I had!
