T-Mobile

I was having an extremely hard time getting my phone unlocked. AT&T kept telling me it couldn't be done. I came to T-Mobile because that had been my Carrier through Sprint. They help me contact customer service and the associate Solo. He contacted customer service and spoke with the phone representative with me.
I've been trying to get this taken care of for 3 days. I can not speak highly enough about Solo. You have a fantastic employee.

Jason was absolutely amazing. I went in that day ready to switch providers and he swooped in and saved the day. He was great to work with and made everything so easy for us. Great customer service goes a long way. Be more like Jason!!

They get busy, but they try to get you taken care of as fast as they can. I’ve never had a bad experience with their service and support and enjoy dropping in for the Tuesday deals when they have the goodies!

Great customer service at this location! They are knowledgeable about the devices and the plans they have to offer. I am a repeat customer, no other T-mobile store I have walked into compares to this one.

Walked in and had a slight wait until Charles came over to help. He was extremely nice and gave us the advise and help we needed. If you go to this location, ask for him for great service!

Daniel was an amazing help in dealing with the transfer of a line. We were getting told by customer service to go to a T Mobile store to get this transfer. We were glad to go to the Barry Rd location and be help by Daniel. He took time out of his day to get all the account information fixed.

My wife and I had an awesome experience with Emily G! She was very thorough on the details as we were switching from Verizon to T-Mobile. In the past I have always spent HOURS at Verizon/Sprint stores trying to get everything done and taken care of, but Emily had us in and out quick. We also got a few accessories at the store, and my wife got a great promotional deal on an Apple Watch.

Overall, I'd highly recommend this store, specifically Emily!

I had previously been at the mobile store across the way (if you're in the area you know), and had an awful experience. Walked out their door and could see the pink T-Mobile sign, so out of curiosity I headed over. I was greeted with a smile when I walked in, my problem was assessed, and I was was promptly directed to a staff member who took care of me the rest of the way. Complete 180 compared to where I had just been. Great service and knowledgeable staff. I had a great experience here, finally upgraded from my old 7 series phone and switched carriers that day as a result. Thanks to all staff on deck last Saturday.

Emily at t-mobile is awesome. We had major issues with our phones and Emily helped so much throughout each step. Her service was expedient, knowledgeable, and there was no nonsense. She solved all of our problems within one day and gave wonderful customer service. Thank you so much Emily, my family sends their love and gratitude.

Had an awesome experience with Kourtney yesterday and today! She trouble shouted several things to get my voicemail back up and working! Great customer support!

I was in a rush to get the home internet because the other company I picked decided not to come out and install anything. I work from home and I'm in a brand new apartment. They helped me out and I was in and out in 15 min. And they still managed to answer all my questions and were very helpful overall! Kudos to Raul, you rock.

Came in for a screen repair. I waited in store for about an hour - which gave me some time to observe.

Anyone that's giving less than 4 star reviews for "poor service" have likely never worked in any sort of service industry. No, it's not these young men's fault that the store does not carry the 128GB iPhone 12, that's Apple driving online sales like a responsible company. No, these young men cannot override your trade-in value because you missed your chance with last month's promo. Want to speak to the manager you talked to last time and are cool with? Oh, wait.. you meant the WHITE guy? Sorry they also can't help you get discounts that aren't going on either. You don't need that extra $200 on your trade in - if you actually needed that cash, you shouldn't be trading in your perfectly good iPhone from last year in the first place

Be a good consumer. Give these young men a chance. They know their stuff, they are excited to be working, they are friends that are putting together a positive work environment. You, the customer, are the 1 star experience. Not T-Mobile.

Needed help charging my phone. Got In the door and had how on 39 seconds.

Check in was quick! Tho they were busy we didnt wait long. Scott & Jacob were Very Very Helpful, Polite & Knowledgeable!! Everything went Very Smoothly & in a Timely Manner! The Tech that fixed my phone screen was Very Nice & Did a Great Job as well. My husband also recieved a Very Nice 5G Replacement Phone for his 3G for Freeeee! It was So Easy! Thank U for a Great Experience T-Mobile Crew!

This T-Mobile store is probably one of the best cell phone stores that I have been to. I am a Sprint customer and the employees at this store helped me with all my questions and were very attentive. I came in with a cracked phone screen and they took care of my issue promptly. I will be returning to this store for any of my cell phone needs, even though there are other T-Mobile stores around my area. 10/10 would recommend!

Super visit! Greeted quickly, issue assessed and associate quickly resolved. A beyond pleasant experience! Called TMobile customer service to compliment the associate and will visit this store again. Kudos to this associate and the store. They treat customers right!
