David who work in retail was such an amazing in customer service! He helped my wife and son pick out the most comfortable office/game chair for my son! He went above and beyond for my family. He even allowed my son Evan to help assemble the chair in the store by helping with the screws. Nothing big, don't worry. David was very careful and followed all guidlines.
