The experience with Susan and Sam was very personable, very fast, and very efficient. They found me a spot much faster than I thought. Susan helped us put together the business plan to show the landlord and everything else that the landlord needed in order to help him see that we were a great choice for them, we were a value-add studio that would build community.

When she found the lessor’s lease agreement to be too casual and leaving out some of our provisions, she got him to allow her to rewrite it using her template for our better protection and his.

They were very open with communication. The building had been for sale for a year and a half before, and they got it sold quickly. CPC did a really good job keeping us in the loop, sending data analytics every month and showing where all the pings came from. I’d highly recommend CPC. They definitely met my expectations of what a good realtor should be.
