We can’t begin to say how much we loved working with Those Guys Real Estate!! Derek and Chris are the absolute best!! They have more than helped us with our relocation move from Virginia to Arizona, to our perfect once in a lifetime retirement home in Encanterra!! They are both so knowledgeable, trustworthy, conscientious, and willing to work hard for you!! And real friends!! They found our perfect home for us!! Derek in particular has gone beyond by continuing to care about our move, keeping an eye on our new house, and advising us and recommending companies … just anything we need!! Being a cross-country relocation move for us - Derek stepped in and helped in many multiple ways!! We would not have made it without his help!! I can't say enough about those guys. I never bought a house on my own before and Derek was there for me every step of the way. I recently worked with Derek and Chris to purchase a new home and to sell my existing home. Both processes were a smashing success.
