Can’t say enough great things about Kirstin and our experience in buying a home through her. We live out of state and were looking for a home in AZ. She helped us narrow down our search to specific areas based on our requirements. She would FaceTime or zoom with us for showings. I highly recommend for anyone to use Dynamic Real Estate. This is the second time I have used Dynamic Real Estate. I sold one house in 2020 and just purchased another recently. Why anyone would use a regular realtor is beyond me? Dynamic is a $3,500 flat fee. This is a huge incentive for a home seller. Saving thousands!!!!!!
