Miss Megan was a baby doll. Her customers service skills was on point. I will most definitely be back at this store. But at this store it seems that all the employees are so kind!

The store had a peppy feeling to it. Really nice people are working there.

Got good fabrics thread and case

Tonight there were 2 big Heros in the Mankato, MN Store! The store manager "A" and Employee "C". Tonight I was that customer! I came running through the doors 25 minutes before closing time, the Monday following Black Friday! (Cyber Monday) I can only Imagine The exhaustion that these employees are already feeling!! I looked at th manager and said, "I apologize for doing this to you, but I need fleece cut for 8 tie pillows!" (I didn't want to miss the good sail price!) Manager looked at me with a Smile, at 8:35pm on a Monday, and said "I'm happy to help! Let's go back to the counter!" (Add in my over joyed heart exploding with a Million Thank yous!)

She pulled color I needed off the top shelf. Cut everything right away to the sizes I needed!! While I began grabbing the pillows from the shelf, taking them to the front register!

The kind employee helped me check out my items, while helping me navigate the store's app I recently downloaded!

I love that I can find some quality branded stamps like Hero Arts. The coupons are usually great too!

I love this place! It is my one stop place for all my crafts needs. I had looked at 5 different stores and even online for a special iron on tape and finally found it at JOANN Fabrics. Great craft ideas and supplies along with a large variety of fabrics.

Don't get to JOANN Fabrics often as it's 80 miles for me. But will stop in to see what's in the store. Usually will get my batting there when I have 50%off or better.

I love walking into a store that carries everything you need for craft projects. They carry Fabrics, Yarn, Painting supplies, and decorating needs. The staff are professional, knowledgeable and helpful.
