Bobby and his staff are great, always there to greet you with a smile and a sincere hello. You don't feel rushed at the register and any and all questions that are asked are met with any information that you could possibly need! Food was amazing and the place was super clean! Keep it up guys you are all doing incredible!

Thank you goes to Patti, Nush and Bobby for helping my boss who couldn't get his order together, but you all 3 helped him so much. Understand why we don't send to get stuff.

Great service today. Bobby was very caring and quick along with Paty. I recommend this restaurant to anyone who’s on a time crunch and need to be in and out.

The quality of the food is excellent, as is the atmosphere and amenities. Service can be hit or miss, but that's standard fare for the retail food market staffed by millennials and younger.

This Panera Bread location has an extremely friendly staff. Their service is excellent, and the food is fresh.
I highly recommend you visit this location, and you get yourself a bread bowl soup, delicious soup.

I ordered several items for a work lunch to be delivered. There was an issue with one item but the manager took care of it immediately. Definitely satisfied with my experience today.
Everything else was delicious and tasted wonderful.

Thank you Panera staff and Aimee (Panera manager on duty) for a wonderful event! We were able to book the private conference room and held a small wedding shower for 6 ladies. Candice (Panera caterer) made sure we had food and beverages prepared ahead of time. It was a lovely afternoon at a perfect venue. Great job Panera Crystal Lake, IL!

I always like Panera Bread!! The food is great and well priced. Panera has a macaroni and cheese to die for!!! I like the pick 2 option so that I can get a half serving of mac and cheese and a half sandwich. Very delicious!!! The order comes up very quickly.

Food is really good. They have more choices than I thought they did. They do get your order right either in drive thru or dine in. Clean restaurant as well as their bathrooms.

THIS Panera in Crystal Lake is amazing! It is by far the best Panera around! I swore off Panera due to quality at other locations, but this one had been fantastic in the past, so we tried it again, and it did not disappoint. The service is awesome, they don't cheat you out of food and drink. They are incredible here!

Friendly knowledge staff. They are patient. The food was good. I'm glad they have so many options as one member of our party has many allergies. She was able to find something she could eat.

Stopped here for dinner to kill time while my son was at baseball practice with my hungry, crabby and very vocal 18month old. The manager was amazing! Helped us get a table, set up the high chair and tried to distract him while I paid. Also very clean and great service!

This is more like a 4.5 star review but didn't want to vote low. Really good food. Always nice atmosphere. .5 stars are removed simply because everything has pretty high calories, which is unfortunately part of really good food usually.

Always very clean and service is always pleasant. I have their coffee subscription and stop in for tea often using their curbside service.

They have food for almost everyone's tastes including standard, lower carb, and gluten sensitive options.

Their new smaller portions options are tasty. I enjoyed the tomato soup and greek salad carry out.

Very kind staff. One gentleman even opened the door for me and my partner. Service was quick and correct. Very satisfied

We always count on Panera to have good food and a pleasant, casual atmosphere at family prices. I love the macaroni and cheese! This one is open now with masks optional for customers.

I had placed a rapid order and on my way to pick up I was re-ended and involved with a 4 car crash. I had called this location while waiting for the police to finish the report and Bobby I believe who is the manager helped me out on the call. Super friendly on the phone right away said don’t worry we will remake it for you once you arrive. Upon arrival he helped us out and was more concerned that we were ok than anything else. An awesome staff and manager really make a location. Thank you guys!
