Starbucks

Beautiful location right beside the falls. The building itself has clearly been around for well over 100 years and suits the Starbucks design esthetic quite nicely.

As a Starbucks, it's exactly as you'd expect. I ordered a cold brew coffee and the service was friendly and efficient. The story was pretty busy but the orders were filled pretty quickly. Recommended!

Nice warm place to sit and enjoy tea and a pastry on Saturday morning.

Love this location! All of the workers are so friendly and kind! Whenever I mobile order, they are always done on time and done well. They often run out of sandwiches so definitely check the app before you go in hope of a sandwich. There is a lovely view of the falls from the side windows and if you go when it’s not super busy, there’s many seating options.

Nice escape from the howling winds. Great little escape while walking the beautiful Chagrin Falls area. Great spot to catch up on some work, there is a nice table in the back away from the front area. Snag it if you can! Great service and friendly staff. I parked a bit away from the shop, but there are multiple lots in the area.

The team that works here are great! Surprisingly Madeline remembered me from a previous visit and greeted me by name. That was pretty cool. Really appreciate everyone there. Also other customers have been chatty and helpful with the door at times. There is also a terrific view of the falls from the windows. One of my favorite places to visit for sure.

Most magical location. If you have hours to work in the evening or need to study at a table overlooking the falls then this is the place. A friendly staff is quick with the order even when the line grows. Parking isn't bad if you don't mind a short walk...it is part of the charm.

The Starbucks in downtown Chagrin Falls is probably one of my favorite Starbucks to visit. All of the baristas there are very friendly and take time to strike up a conversation with you. It has a great small town feel to it. In addition my drinks always come out exactly how I ordered them.

The Starbucks in Chagrin Falls is a great spot for a quick cup of coffee or espresso. If you have the time, they have some very comfy seating to read in and relax. The staff is also very friendly and helpful.

Stopped in on Sunday, 4/18. The staff was SO friendly and super helpful (I wanted to try a new drink but was hesitant and they offered lots of great suggestions.) Everyone was masked and the place was very clean.

Great little spot to grab Starbucks and meet up with friends. It is one of the most scenic ones I've been to with the beautiful view of the falls in the back. The baristas are friendly as well.

Who reads reviews for a starbucks? Unless you've been in a coma for the last decade or you're an alien visiting earth for the first time you know what you're getting with every starbucks you walk into. There should just be a box that says "drive thru" with a check next to it if the location in question has a drive thru. This one does not have a drive thru by the way.

Beautiful location for a Starbucks. They have a deck you can sit on right outside the falls. Not very busy a lot of times even during the fests.

Nice little coffee shop. Just forewarned the after-school crowd frequents this place.

A beautiful cafe with friendly and knowledgeable baristas with good coffee. Right downtown next to a beautiful waterfall. Worth stopping by to check it out!
