AT&T Store

Great experience with the store manager. He was wonderful and helped answer all of my questions to get me away from a phone service I no longer wanted. He was patient and so kind because I ran into issues along the way. Thank you Timothy awesome service will definitely go back to get a phone next.

Timothy was very knowledgeable about both the products and services offered. He’s polite and business like, but relaxed and easy to talk to.

Tim Ortat got me what I needed and was pleasant. I typically dread going to the ATT store just as much as going to the car dealership. You’re normally there for hours! Tim had me on my way in 20 minutes. Hire more people like Tim.

Friendly, knowledgeable staff. Clean store. We had the most amazing experience with the Polaris Center store. Kenny greeted us immediately upon entering. Candace took the time to speak with me while Kenny was working with my husband. We were then joined by the manager Max and she was very thorough with a breakdown of all the costs and how much we were saved switching to ATT from Spectrum. Overall a great experience. Highly recommend!!

Went in to this store to get some issues resolved with switching from postpaid to prepaid and got matched up with Alphonso. Just want to give a shout out to how awesome his customer service and knowledge is! He was able to fully resolve the issue and get service working again for me. This man deserves a beer for being able to fix what all we had to go through 🍺

Zach was great, called the store to get an appointment, was able to communicate over two days to set up an appointment since I needed time to coordinate time. He was able to get us set up with the best deal possible and made the process of switching careers and setting up fiber internet very easy.

Caitlyn was amazing! We came in to get a simple screen protector. While we were there, she reworked our plan to save us enough money to afford a great deal on two Apple watches! She even left the store and walked across the road to another store to get the Apple watch we wanted. She made us feel like we were the most important customers of her day! Best service ever!

Zach and Kenny were awesome. They stayed after hours to help us get everything we needed and done with our new phones. Excellent customer service. Both were very knowledgeable about AT&T products. Zach made switching phone carriers a breeze. This is by far the fastest I have been in and out of any cell phone carrier store. He was able to save my family money with up front costs as well as save money on our monthly bill. If you are considering AT&T, this is the store you want to visit.

I have been coming to this store for years. I have always had friendly, professional and knowledgeable staff. My favorite thing is that they always look for ways to improve my service while lowering my monthly cost. Today they went out of their way to get me set up on The First Net plan which is an incredible deal. Thank you Zach and Maxx!

Kandace and Dre were absolutely wonderful! They helped my husband and I navigate a difficult upgrade with ease. They had recommendations to make the process more efficient. Kenny was INCREDIBLY helpful for us upgrading 2 separate phones, adding a 3rd phone with a new line, and helping us choose the various accessories we needed. He was very patient answering my numerous questions, and even turned on a movie for my 2 sons while we waited for everything to transfer. Great customer service experience!!!

The staff at this store are amazing!

I've been having issues transferring my husband's number and these guys have been there every step to help! They're friendly, patient and above all helpful. I've had some tricky technical difficulties and they've been there to answer my questions and connect me with the right people to take care of my issue and get it fixed before I hang up the phone.

Technology isn't generally my bag, and is usually always stressful even completing the stuff that's supposed to be simple. The staff made me feel so at ease, if I ever need to ask a question I call their store from now on!

I came in the store to have a simple issue corrected with my daughter's iPhone. While there we received excellent customer service. My current billing and services was evaluated by one of the representatives. He was able to provide me much better services at just a small increase. Then, he activated auto-pay to my account which saved me $40.00. I appreciate the professionalism and attention we were given.

Kenny W. was fabulous, he knew all the details most do not know on a plan. We got new phones, added a line, and got internet and cable. The time they took with us to get the price where we wanted it. Then the assistant manager, Candace, made sure to verify everything was correct and gave worse and best case scenario, so nothing was a surprise. The amazing customer service was had the time we spent feel like no time.
