The food and smoothies were amazing! I’m so glad that tropical smoothie is finally in Salem. I was watching as two women were running around guiding each of the younger workers on what to do spreading encouragement and reassuring them that they were doing great. It’s a shame you can’t please everyone and no one understands there are brand new employees trying to learn. You guys are doing amazing and we appreciate all of the patience the couple of same faces have with all of the newer employees.The service will be impeccable in no time. Keep up the excellent work!

Cranberry Truffle smoothie was so good. Their new chicken chorizo ‘dilla is my new favorite, but all the food is amazing. Everything is made fresh to order. Staff is helpful and full of sunshine each visit.

5 STARS to the ladies and gentlemen working the front! 3 STARS to the MANAGEMENT! The smoothies and food are delicious and there is something for everyone! The guys and girls out front are doing great considering the lack of staffing, especially during the morning and afternoons. I applaud you for showing up, and working even when the drive through line is long and there are multiple customers inside. Several times I have gone in and I have seen your frustration, hang in there you're doing an amazing job!

If you don't have an extra spare 6 hours to get one smoothie for yourself, I wouldn't recommend going here. They apparently grow the fruit and you have to wait for it to mature for them to blend it into a smoothie for you. longest waste of time!! understaffed don't come here!!!!!!!

Great food and smoothies. This is a time where staffing is hard to get so I I understand totally. Glad to have this in Salem finnaly.

Food was ready very quickly. Made as expected. Friendly staff handed me order when I walked in. I would give 5 stars but when I went I eat my apple later today it was very bruised.

Very clean place, nice employees. Smoothie was good but I watched it being made. Only a little fruit really, mostly ice and water. Tasted fine, just expected more actual fruit for the price, on the expensive side for what you get.

Great food and smoothies but it takes forever for the staff to acknowledge you at the counter and once you pull up to the window at the drive through. Expect to wait at least 30 minutes of your food after you order.

I work from home and I don't have a car so I get my food doordashed. The amount of times my food has come without the sauce is so frustrating but it was miniscule enough for me not to complain, and it's not like I can complain to the driver, they did nothing wrong. Someone came to my house the other day and we ordered off the kids menu because it's cheaper. We each got a tiny smoothie and a kids meal and it came out to OVER $35 dollars and neither of us received sauces and I didn't receive my side either. I don't feel like I'm being extreme to say that's absolutely ridiculous.

Ordered 3 food items at 11:48am. Received food just short of 45m later at 12:32pm. Restaurant was understaffed, so owner/operator likely to blame here.

I don’t understand why if your order online, you can’t pick it up through the drive through. Especially since if you go through the drive through you have to get back out on the road and back to find parking which is already limited.

Ordering and receiving one smoothie should never take 34 mins

I ordered a smoothie along with a chicken flatbread, a bag of chips, and a kale salad. People in the cafe had visibly been waiting a long time to get their orders. I saw one customer had ordered food and a smoothie like me, and they brought out his smoothie first then brought out his food after once it was finally prepared. I assumed the same would be the case for me, as they brought my smoothie after a 15 minute wait and I didn't mind waiting a few extra minutes for my food. Well, I never got my food! By the time I had been in there an hour, I went up to the desk to check on the rest of my food and none of the employees bothered to come up to ask what I need despite me clearly standing there. They were purposely not even looking out where I and other customers were standing. I ran out of time and just walked out. I would've thought the food would be easier than the smoothies to get out quickly but I guess not. Nothing was streamlined about how things were running at all.

Sat in the drive thru for about 30-35 minutes. I understand staff, and getting what you pay for, but we get to the window and food is wrong. Completely wrong. We correct it at the window and received the food after 10 more minutes of waiting, and the food was again, wrong.
