I usually don't leave reviews but the experience I had yesterday morning in the drive thru was fantastic! The gentleman working the drive thru was very personable, polite, and enthusiastic. Everyone that works there is awesome but the guy working drive thru yesterday took it to the next level with his customer service!

Just passing through, was a great visit. Customer service was great. Cleaniness of the Starbucks was very good. Also I got the pork shoulder sandwich it was made perfectly. You can tell the staff cares about quality.

I came in today and placed a larger Togo order, everyone was extremely hospitable and very kind and helpful. One person out of uniform (about to clock in for work I think) even offer to help me carry everything to my car. That is outgoing above and beyond. Thank you :)

Starbucks at Lakeside in Salem Virginia is one of the best Starbucks around great service. Great crew love them all and an awesome store manager Jacob I am a regular at this store.

My favorite Starbucks! The staff is so friendly and the store is so cute and clean. They always tried to connect with me and made me feel so welcome and appreciated.

I was passing through driving almost 6+hrs. Dré brewed fresh coffee and well prepped to keep me up rest of my entire trip. I should thank him how he cared for my need and made the best coffee I ever had in a Starbucks.

I just stopped in to this standard Starbucks to fill up my Yeti 25 oz for the road. The teller had me put the empty thermos into a large cup for a Covid no contact refill. Very clever idea!

Dré provided such an amazing customer service experience. I think it's so silly to review a Starbucks in a city/state I don't even live in, but I needed to say this because he was so kind, helpful, and friendly. I wish I could start my day like that everyday!

The staff here are amazing—they always make sure my order is right, which is a selling point of this store, I think. I hear other customers say that they’re coming from another store that couldn’t get their order right. My Barista is usually Nathan, who is the best.

Very friendly staff and the place is as clean as my apartment. There can be a bit of a wait, but the service is great and drinks are delicious. Used to hate Starbucks honestly, but hooked now and the Frozen White Chocolate Mocha fills in great for an evening drink when it's "too late" for the black coffee taste.

Deidre was super cheerful and friendly to me this morning. Great customer service. Prompt order. Great experience.

The absolute best Starbucks of them all!! Clean store! Friendly, wonderful staff ! On point with drinks. It’s really great having a place that usually doesn’t make a mistake and if they do they correct it with no hesitation. Even if its not their mistake and a customer miss-orders! This is a very nice, quiet,ample and good location. The staff is very attentive and do a great job!!

We were traveling for the holidays and got off Rt 81 heading towards Raleigh. We made a pit stop here before the final leg of the trip. We both got lattes and shared some cookies. The people were friendly and the coffee and cookies were great! The shop was very busy. The mountain view in the parking lot was beautiful (at dusk).

Best Starbucks in Roanoke. The staff is always friendly and helpful, and they actually make you feel welcome and appreciated. That is no small task in customer service, especially since it's never easy to cater to customers all day- let alone do so with a smile and a friendly word. I would drive extra just to come to this location because of the exemplary customer service.

Best Starbucks in the area! The barista's are friendly and always do everything they can to get your order right. At times the store can be crowded, however the wait is never terribly long. Typically the barista's will even have regulars drinks ready by the time they walk into the store! That just shows me the employees care about their customers and strive for perfect customer service.

They were so nice. I placed an order using the app and clicked the wrong store but they fixed it and got me drink quickly and I didn't have to pay twice lol
