I felt with Jim about a problem I was having with my Left side rear turn signal after explaining my problem and discussing what he thought might be the problem Jim offered to take a look at it I told him I would have the light off I a minute. Jim came out and we discussed what he thought was the problem and I told him to order another light and connection we worked with the wires and the switch started working He said a new light was not needed but because he had been so helpful I told him to order one just in case. I returned the next day and picked up the replacement connector I pass 4 auto parts stores on the way to O’Reillys

Neat and well organized store with a great inventory. My husband was able to find the motorcycle battery charger he needed. The other two auto parts stores we went to didn't carry it.
Please consider John an asset to your company. He was very professional and helpful.

The assistant manager was professional and courteous. He had my new battery installed in about 25 minutes including adding terminal expanders that I needed. I saw every employee helping people inside or outside at their vehicles. Thank you, John!

Super fast. Called ahead and my part (battery) was ready for pickup. The Store Manager, Jim was kind enough to install it and take away the old battery. Great customer service and they were even kind enough to wear masks while on duty interacting with customers. I'd definitely go back and would definitely recommend over other auto parts stores.

Nathan was superb. His customer service was outstanding. He helped me find the parts I needed quickly and even showed me how he installed them so I could handle it myself next time!

I stopped in on my way to the dealership and asked the nice young man if he could put a code reader on my car. He was happy to help and had me take a picture of the code. This is the 3rd time my check engine light has come on in a month.

O'Reilly Auto Parts offers the best customer service at really competitive prices. Plus they have the excellent lifetime warranty on many of their parts. I won't buy auto parts anywhere else other than O'Reilly Auto Parts!

I will continue to use this parts store. I bought brake pads, there was some issues with determining the correct pad, and the box I bought had mismatched product inside which further complicated my experience. I installed one set from the box, the second set didn't fit so I went back and explained myself. Dom helped me the first time, and when I came back the second visit. He listened to me, thought my situation strange, so he got a manager in to listen. They both helped me find the correct pads, gave me a discount for the inconvenience, and I got a refund on the original box I bought. As long as I keep getting this kind of service, that's the only place I'll buy parts.
