Discount Cigar & Cigarette

This is the only smoke shop I go to in Vallejo. I have been going here for several years.

The owner is great along with his wife, they are very friendly and customer service oriented.

A few years back I bought a 5 foot water pipe. For some reason I couldn't get it over towards my area of town which was Benicia at the time. So his wife brought it over to the Burger King parking lot off of Columbus Parkway in Benicia and I was able to pick up the product there.

Now that is customer service.

The owner always hooks me up when I go in to get some squares, I usually get to buy the discount carton.

ps- the negative review, over a phone call? come on, don't be lazy, you know you're in the area frequently, just go in and ask, the place can get quite busy at times, (you're just a hater), gheez.

The gentleman at the counter was very helpful and provided me with a wealth of supplemental information that assisted me in making my purchase. Very friendly atmosphere, we had a few laughs and I felt good going on about my day. I'm sure I'll be back.
