Great place to shop I travel from Sycamore Illinois whenever I come to my moms house I love to go there. The energy and people that work there is amazing its clean and the prices are very reasonable thanks for being open every time I come and need some things and thanks for being so nice and friendly too

I've been here four or five times now and its always been pleasant. My last experience was with a new employee i think. Younger dude with longish hair. Excellent service. Showed me a pipe near the peak of my price range and i liked it. He could tell i wasn't sold yet though. He then found a pipe i didnt see that was HALF the price and it was perfect for me. He didn't try and sell me the expensive pipe. He sold me what I was looking for. Cant beat that kind of customer service.

I'm a commuter, this is my go to smoke shop when I'm in Will County. The owner is very helpful as are the other employees. Definitely the best prices in the Bolingbrook area. 10/10 smokers would agree, great place.

Low Bob's is one of the best tobacco shops in the area. The store is always clean, well maintained and well stocked. They almost always have what we need or order it quickly. Prices are lower than other retailers in the area and they take coupons. Staff is always helpful, smiling and great to help with E-cig set up and maintenance. I always go here even if it means waiting until the next morning to get my smoke on.

Came into the store on a Saturday when I believe the clerks name was Greg, was working. He was very knowledgeable and hospitable. And answered all of our questions with a smile on his face. I will definitely be back. Thanks!

Had a great experience with a gentleman named John came in to buy my very first vape he was extremely nice explained everything about the different devices with No problem at all!! Once I decided on 1 he showed me exactly how to use it even put the vape juice I purchased in for me Also reasonable priced will definitely be back for ALL my vape needs.

They have a very knowledgeable staff. They sell tobacco, Vape, CBD and all the accessories for the above. Also have the best price for my brand of cigarettes and their line of candles are awesome and don't irritate my sensitivity.
