Perfect spot to have a breather in a cozy and less noisy atmosphere while on a Mall of America outing. The lattes and ice teas were good. The spacious, civilized setting inside is a respite from the bustle and waves of commercialism waiting outside. Capital One card gets you 50% off on beverage purchases.

Need to deposit some cash into my account and found there was an ATM at MOA. Walked past this café a few times just never entered. Surprisingly the service I receive was really good. I was greeted and asked if I needed any assistance once I entered.

I felt like this is such a great study or workplace. It definitely has a really high-end café vibes. And if you do have a card with Capital One, you do receive 50% off your drinks.

The barista accidentally made me iced instead of a hot and they said I can keep both of them, so that was great. They do have non dairy options. I also got the avocado toast, and I really enjoyed it. Only wish the bread was a little bit more thicker. That might’ve been the only vegan options there.

Overall, I had a pleasant experience and would love to stop here again when I visit the mall.

First time stopping by the Capital One café at the Mall of America and will definitely go back! It’s a great place to take a quiet break amidst the hustle and bustle of the mall. Loved the comfy chairs and nooks all around. Nice café service—I got a matcha latte and it wasn’t my favorite, but I’ll try a different drink next time because the 50% discount with a Capital One card is great! Overall really nice experience and all the staff are very friendly.

The CapitalOne Cafe in Mall of America is a cute, cozy place with a modern design. It's not just a cafe but also a spot for banking if you're a CapitalOne customer, and you get a nice 50% discount with a CapitalOne card.

They recently changed their coffee supplier from Peet to Verve, which means a slightly smaller menu. I missed my go-to Frappe Matcha. I tried the Honey Lavender Latte; it smelled nice but was a bit sweet. Next time, I'll explore more drinks and maybe their avocado toast.

Had a great experiance here. Their staffs so friendly and nice. The cafe offer 50% off handcrafted beverages when use the Capital One card, and save 25cents when bring our own mugs for the drinks. They also have long table, or "private" rooms/areas if you have meeting, or need a place for studying/working. The drinks are so good. My mocha frappé would be better if it is less sweet.

We had an issue that we couldn't resolve online or at an ATM, so we tried this Cafe. Emo and Ty were both super friendly and helped us out. The latte was very good, too. Great spot to relax for a while; cool that people were sitting and playing checkers. We'll be back.

They are located in the south side of the building with building number S132. It's a wonderful place for your Capital Bank as well as credit card solution. Ty and Rob are two wonderful professional as all in one Banker as well as pretty cool friends too. They have a cafe in there as the name suggests and also have free wifi. You can definitely hang out here not only for banking stuff but can also be used as a alternative to Starbucks. And other great deal is you get 50% off on any purchase in the cafe with your Capital One card.

My experience at this Capital One has to be among the best I've encountered around the U.S. KK was very respectful and helped me with everything I needed help on. The Barista was also extremely helpful with helping me select a coffee. 11/10.

Love this place. Great place to get some work done while the family Is shopping. Very casual. Comfortable chairs. The cafe is open to everyone, but Capital One card holders get 50 percent off all cafe items. Coffee is only 1 dollar! This place makes me want to visit the Mall of America more often with family. Stop in for a coffee and stay for the relaxation and Wi-Fi.

Always a great experience when working remote!

Came to the capital One Café at the Mall of America in Minnesota to make a deposit. Not only was the staff very inviting after making the deposit. I was able to get a great dirty chai latte half off with my capital one debit card. Stayed around a little bit to work as the Wi-Fi is fast enough and the space is clean and inviting. I have had the opportunity to tour and use other Capital One cafés throughout the country, and this is on par with the Others , even though it's in a huge mall. I would definitely recommend someone to coming to work especially if you are in Minnesota on business because you have a huge Mall to tour after.

I will definitely be back holding meetings here as well.

Was greeted by Emo as soon as we walked in. Shared with him that my wife is a member and that we are here on our 22nd anniversary from Virginia. He immediately congratulated us and said he wanted to do something for us and took care of 2 drinks for us and got us some goodies. He also said Virginia is where his company first began. If this is what Capital One is all about, I may consider changing my credit cards!

I love Verve coffee. Though it's better at an actual Verve coffee shop in LA. The drinks here are on the sweeter side. I'd suggest only ordering here with a Capital One card. Otherwise you'll be paying twice as much.

WAIT WAIT WAIT! "What the heck is this??" I said to myself last night as I wandered by the new Capital One Cafe on the 1st floor of MOA. I stopped, and peered in. It wasn't any sort of "store" I have ever seen at MOA!

The Capital One Cafe is kind of like a blend of an upscale Starbucks and the Delta Airlines VIP lounge! Complete with made-to-order brewed drinks (non-alcoholic, gah!), comfy lounge chairs, plush sofas, bright lighting, free wifi, outlets to charge your phone/laptop, and.... A Cap One ATM for your instant monetary needs.

Flash them your Cap One credit card, and get your drink 50% off! Seriously.

The staff is polite and efficient. They gave me a brochure for a Cap One Bank (??), which I really wasn't interested in anyway. It was low-key and dare I say "relaxing" - at the MOA! Wow. I will be visiting this "store" again next time!

I love the atmosphere and the friendly service. This is my go to place when I am at MOA shopping or getting my walking in. I look forward to coming for some me time. Great drink options and prices.🥰 I have a Capital One card but you do not have to have one. It's open to anyone☺

Had a really great experience during my first time visiting the Capital One Cafe in the MOA! A banker named KK greeted me and explained how opening accounts with Capital One is very beneficial. KK showed a high level of professionalism and intelligence and was so courteous respectful. A note to the management: please give KK a raise and promotion ASAP because she has a rare gift of amazing customer service! Also, the honey lavender coffee was very satisfying!

Excellent service from Henry! He welcomed us into the cafe it was our first time seeing a capitol one cafe. He was amazing at welcoming us in and giving information, he went above and beyond to answer questions we had and made the experience wonderful! Seeing such a friendly face greet us in made us want to stay and enjoy our time there!

Owen was amazing. Great customer service. My family and I felt welcomed. My wife forgot her card but Owen was able to give it to us for free. He deserves a raise and a bonus.
