It had the products (various types of gift cards) I was looking for plus the staff was very friendly & helpful.

Every time I visit this game stop and they are always extremely friendly and chatty when there are few customers in the store. This makes the environment very pleasant and more of a grassroot type of interaction where they are knowledgeable and friendly. They always help me with the services that I need and when I cannot find what I'm looking for they can always help me find it somewhere else. As for the store itself everything is presented neatly and nicely. The floors are clean the counters are easily accessible and uncluttered.

Andrea, at the Game Stop in Sparks on McCarran Blvd , was Super helpful, resourceful, friendly and committed to helping me put together a package for my son for his birthday. I am grateful to her for streamlining this purchase to make it easy for me. It leaves us more time to celebrate than shop.

I have been shopping at this Gamestop since 2007. I have had some differences with some managers but have always loved the people here. They are hard working and dedicated to their fellow gamer. No matter what you need they will do whatever they can to get the job done right.

Every gamer wants truly outstanding customer service and support. And with that in mind, every gamer should know that the GameStop @ 650 N. McCarren Blvd in Sparks has a truly outstanding staff and an amazing manager who can take care of all your gaming needs!

I am not a gammer but Sam Sunshine one the employees there was truly a ray of SUNSHINE she is both knowledge and paitiant I not only recommend this store I love it.

I recently relocated to NV from CA, and had to choose a new Gamestop location for all my needs. I was enthusiastically greeted by Nicholas, my new GSR, who showed great interest in not only my gaming delights, but also proved quite informative regarding my continuing collection of anime memorabilia. Fantastic experience that will ensure my continued patronage at this location.

The young man at gamestop was awesome. He was alone and had a very long line but he was very composed and provided outstanding customer service to everyone

Great staff and customer service, the gal we had works at a bunch of different locations and we were very glad to have her as our cashier.

It's a great clean game stop with plenty of space. Matthew was a great help and very sweet he showed us some great pop figures too!(I'm from California btw)

The manager is a nice guy who let me run in and grab my game right before they closed, for which im grateful

Awesome service this store location has some really nice and helpfull employees other GameStop locations do not the same service to be honest one of the game stop managers at in the mqueen area is a real jerk his people skills are crap and he is crap. but the GameStop I'm writing about has a Great staff and awesome manager.

I just started going to this store a few days ago and the employees are so helpful and nice. this is the best gamestop I've ever been to. I recommend this gamestop to everyone because it just the best experience.

Even in this time of everything going digital GameStop still has the things you want you can also find a discount on older games that you won't find on digital download that and if you really want the digital download you can buy it through them anyway great job at maintaining relevance in a ever-changing world

The store employee was friendly and helpful. I didn't feel the pressure to buy more, preorder everything, and the like that can be common at some locations.
