I left my house at 530 and ran to the Edgewood location to see if I could get a new phone set up. I walked in and there was one employee on staff. I was the only customer in the store. Jessica helped me pick out the phone that would meet my needs and covered all options for my switching to a new model. She was friendly, extremely knowledgeable, patient and truly cared that I was happy with my purchase. We were the only 2 in the store for my entire transaction. It was nice to be able to make decisions and not have distractions while doing so. Jessica was the best! I pulled into my garage at 630. Very rarely do you leave and return home in an hour when setting up a new phone. Thanks Jessica for your help!

By far the best location in the area to go to. Jessica is amazing!!! She is friendly, knowledgeable, and caring. Makes you feel like you're hanging out with a friend chatting rather than being their on business. Definitely made the experience enjoyable, and I was actually sorry it was over so quickly...lol. We went to have a new iPhone configured to work on the US Cellular system. The service representative was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. A much better experience than we have had at other cel offices. Not sure if the training of rep's is getting better or if we just happened to meet an exceptional person, either way, we were very pleased.

I have my special person that I like to deal with when I go there for any reason. His name is Billy Schneider. He's knowledgeable, patient, and just an all around nice guy. He will do whatever he can to help you out in any situation even if your not there to buy a phone or spend money.

Elijah IS THE BEST. The manager's name is Jessica and she is extremeIy helpful as well - this store is the best service I have ever had from US Cellular. Find a time thats not too busy to go in - like Friday at 4pm and you'll be helped right away. I took my samsung phone that the processor had stopped working into the Iowa City US Cellular and also the Coralville location before driving to CR for help. The worker in IC told me , "my phone was was fine" even though the phone wouldn't make calls and shut off anytime I tried to use it. One store employee told me that I could only use 22GB of my 32GB phone space or else the phone will just shut down...so he said to delete anything I had on my phone and maybe that would help. No reason why a phone should have 10 GB of free space and NOT WORK. Long story short - I drove all the way to CR to get the customer service I would expect from a phone company, and Elijah and the staff at the edgewood location went above and beyond to help me get a new phone. Thanks again!

I've had US CELLULAR for a very long time and have always had great customer service on the phone and at their locations. This one was no different with a very friendly and helpful staff.
