I was heading back into town and needed to get some things from the hair store. I called ahead to see what time they closed since it was a Sunday. They closed at 500pm and by my GPS I wouldn't make it till 5:10. They offered to stay open and wait for me which they did not have to do. They will forever have my business. So nice, so clean, and very helpful! Thank you so much for your service.

Have tons of different products! Customer service is amazing, she helped with every question with no attitude whatsoever! Have more than a normal hair store does for sure! 10/10 RECOMMEND!

Came to Jonesboro area from Nixa, Missouri on business. I needed a beauty supply store that would cater to my specific needs and that's exactly what I received. Jasmine was not only helpful but knowledgeable about the products I asked for. Her customer service was/is exceptional. Prices are affordable there. And she was also willing to place an order for items that weren't in stock for me. Needless to say I will definitely be going back to EbonyX Beauty Supply again.
