McDonald's

Absolutely the fastest service from a fast food restaurant I have received in a long time. Usually there's great customer service but occasionally there is a rude person in the drive thru. But I'm imagining that that is consistent with all the other places as well. One thing you cannot get here is chicken breast tenderloins without seasoning.

Just had a great breakfast there. Inside there's a large leather Chesterfield sofa and alot of modern with natural wood decor. Also, around the side theres additional seating with added activity tablets to keep the kids happy. The staff was very kind to us as well.

The drive-thru line was really long so we went inside. There weren't any other customers inside so we were greeted and had our order taken immediately. Our food was ready and piping hot in just a few minutes. Half of the tables were marked available to sit at and half were not. Everything seemed clean and sanitized, the bathrooms were clean and well stocked.

As a rule McDonald's are pretty much the same everywhere, But this McDonald's in Greenwood Is is exceptional in that the staff every time I've been there I've been very friendly and helpful. If you have a problem with the McDonald's app they will take care of it on their end they're in so you can get in-and-out as fast as possible. Hi highly recommend this place place for fast courteous service.

I come here regularly. The morning crew on Sundays are very nice and understand my dining needs. I have to have soft foods. When i get oatmeal they do not add nuts and berries but also add extra water so my food is not too thick for me. Very attentive and polite.

I hate the new hours they are open but I've not had many problems with this location. They keep it very clean and the play area manager has been there for years. She is very nice and keeps it very clean and sanitized. Even before COVID.

At 1st when I moved to Greenwood, Mcdonalds kept messing up orders and weren't the best at fixing them. They now still make mistakes but their human. The service over the years has gotten to be very friendly now. A couple of years back I would have rated you 2 stars but it has improved drastically.

Honestly McDonald's can make anybody happy every time I go into this McDonald's it is extremely clean the employees are extra friendly they go out of their way to make sure you're happy I just think this is a great McDonald's I love it and I'll keep going back to it over and over again my granddaughter says that you'll take all her allowance cuz she has to have a Happy meal joke and we don't take her allowance but she loves McDonald's and so do we

They do good job. They tend to be a little slow in getting your food out from time to time. But other than that they keep it nice and clean. The staff is friendly and courteous.

I want to give a shout out to our Mc Donald's here in Greenwood. I have been there twice last week. The young people were so nice & friendly. It was like they were trying to give everyone a reason to smile during this difficult time. They made my day!!

Our order taker was a great asset to the restaurant. Very attentive and patient. 1st time I have ever given McDonalds 5 stars.

We went thru drive through window and speakers were not working properly and had to yell out app code three times before they heard an then we got window to pickup an was rudely asked not to yell at the worker

Nice friendly people. Food great fast and hot.

The restaurant always seem clean on both interior and exterior of the property. The food is good and at a reasonable price. The staff is also friendly and customer oriented.

Ordering was quick. Getting through the line... Quick, even with heavy customer traffic. Friendly folks with attention to accuracy.

We were in a hurry to get our Great Grand SON what he wanted and meet him just in time to let him eat. He has Autism and is not a big eater when food is mixed. So Mc Donald came thru again.

Great job Thomas Andrew on you first night of managment. Have been eating at this McDonald's for 10 years and got the best food ever at 2:00 in the morning! Good job young man. Sincerely Ron Walter

Food fresh and hot! Drive thru run quickly and efficiently. Staff very friendly. Always get my order right!!

Always great for the kids meals and an occasional quick dinner nothing special but the greenwood arkansas location has never gotten my order wrong so they get five stars for a boss like performance thank y'all for your hard work and dedication

Drive thru was swamped but inside they got order out fast. I was in a hurry today and they were just awesome!
