Great food exceptional service. Our waitress was definitely one of the better ones. We went in Saturday evening about between 5:30pm-6:30pm. We sat in a booth on the right as you walk in.

I’m so glad that we gave Boondocks a try! We went for lunch, and it wasn’t too busy at all. The service was quick and friendly (virtually no wait time at all for our food!), and the food was all very memorable and tasty! My wife had a Shrimp Po’ Boy with red beans & rice and I had the Crawfish Shirley over noodles with some hush puppies and jambalaya as sides. My wife was very pleased with all that she had (I tried some of her red beans & rice and they were tasty), and I was super pleased with all that I ordered too! All of the dishes were pretty much exactly what I was hoping for (and the Crawfish Shirley, though I’d never had the dish before, was pleasantly un-fishy too, which I haven’t always learned to expect from crawfish dishes). I’ll definitely be coming back. Well done, Boondocks! 😋👍

Stopped on our way to Branson and we were very glad we did. The jambalaya was fantastic, you must try it. Gumbos were good. The pulled pork sliders were amazing would absolutely get those again, they were served with delicious hush puppies. The hubby got the brisket burger with sweet potato fries and loved it. They serve the sweet potato fries with a praline sauce that was to die for.

I am not a huge fan of the sports bar motif, but the local pics were fun.
Food? FABULOUS Southern cooking. We took all of our leftovers and gladly paid the affordable bill. The service was as good as the food.

Early March and we dined outside in Ft Smith, AR! Our server Jordon was busy but did a super job taking care of all the tables. We enjoyed the tacos- steak & salmon, steak/chicken nachos, a Steven’s Chicken Bowl & Crawfish etouffee. We all really enjoyed our food. Dining was on the patio listening to the local band Aces N Eights give a great performance. An added bonus, we were able to have our golden doodle with us. We will definitely be back.

the food was spectacular! I ordered the Boss Hog rib sandwich, and my husband had the Boondock burger. we shared an order of boom boom shrimp. the Boss hog was out of this world!!!

I had lunch at Boondocks on Tuesday, July 18th. Everything was really good.
I had a Tres Pepper burger and fries, cooked medium. The burger came out as ordered and tasted great. I don't care for fries much, but the ones here are always really good.
The service was great. I was seated immediately and my drink order was promptly taken. My servers made sure to check on me often to make sure I was doing okay.
I went during a slow part of the day and didn't sit at the bar, so I can't speak much on the atmosphere. As someone who doesn't like a ton of noise, I thought it was great.
I will definitely be back and would recommend to others.

I just had the most amazing lunch. My wife and I shared the flat iron steak, baked sweet potato and a cup of seafood gumbo. I walked right in with no wait sat down at a freshly sanitized table and Renee took great care of us from start to finish. She helped us decide on the bacon waffle fries for appetizer, they were great but I almost filled up on them. With almost no wait at all our food came out, exactly like we ordered it. The steak was a great cut of meat, seasoned perfectly and grilled to the most perfect medium rare I have ever seen. The gumbo was not the best I've ever had but I lived on the gulf coast and my wife makes the best in my opinion. That being said, the gumbo was pretty good, steak was over the top, service was second to none, thanks Renee. I'll be back to try more from the very long menu. O and the bread, I will be having more of that.

So so glad I finally tried this place!! Everything was absolutely to die for. I had the Daisy Duke fried chicken with some chicken and andouille gumbo, and both were absolutely incredible! I got two huge pieces of delicious fried chicken and had to hold myself back from drinking the rest of my gumbo. We'll definitely be back soon, and I'll remember to take pictures next time.

Lovely evening with friends. The Hurricanes are tasty and strong! The cheese and napoleon waffle fries were fabulous. For the meal you must try the Parmesan crusted chicken on pasta.
And the service was super friendly and patient! We were there to eat but also to visit and laugh!

I went with my wife and sister in-law and one of my girls. We all ordered different meals, food was delicious and hoton arrival. Our server was very helpful and a tentative. Fun atmosphere, good music. We will return soon !!!

My husband got the chicken fried steak and I got Alfredo chicken. Both were absolutely delicious. I can't wait to go back for dinner again. Our waitress was awesome.

It is a great place to eat. It is a Cajun based restaurant with great food. They have a bar area tv's they have a patio and they do karaoke on some nights. I think we found our new favorite place to eat.

The Cajun Corn was delicious. Stevie is very friendly server, checked on us several times, everything was great. Can't wait to come back.

The hand-battered shrimp has a great breading and the best shrimp. The grilled zucchini is flavorful and just about melts in your mouth. But the thing that is to die for is the New Orleans style bread pudding with apples and pecans in a rich, velvety, rum butter sauce. So good it'll make you slap your Mama! My husband said the muffuletta was very good with a very good, spicy olive mixture on it.

We got the Swamp Dog Basket it’s always great. Always a great time at Boondocks love the patio, the live music 🎶, atmosphere, and the service is excellent!

Placed a pickup order. When we got home we realized that it was missing a salad. Called to explain that there wasn’t a salad. The lady who answered the phone was more than helpful even going so far as to offer to deliver it to us, which we accepted. For her to offer that without us having to ask alone is worth the five stars. Awesome customer service. Gave us 5 off next order and some bread pudding. I had the ribs, mac-n-cheese, and fries. Little bit of kick flavor wise, but still good.

If you like Cajun food this the good one ☝

I had the fried catfish which came out hot and crispy just the way I like it! Our table shared the fried green tomatoes, fried pickles and onion strings. All were really good, but the onion strings were my favorite. They were lightly breaded and crispy. I thought I was too full for dessert until my friend ordered the bread pudding and offered to share with me. OMG! That was absolutely the best bread pudding I’ve ever had - even in New Orleans. I dinged them just a smidge on the atmosphere because we sat on the porch and the music coming from their speakers was too loud. Our waitress was very attentive and kept all of our water glasses up to the brim. She was very knowledgeable about the menu. I HIGHLY recommend you try Boondocks!

I ordered the Mediterranean chicken salad and fried pickles. The salad was VERY fresh, and delicious. Even the cherry tomatoes were delicious (I’m very picky about tomatoes and often don’t eat them because of being picky. The fried pickles are chips, with light, seasoned breading. Yummy!
