Went to get a few things needed to swap a gas water heater for an electric heater at home, found t. Breaker, wire, shark bites errything I needed with plenty of knowledgeable help from t. Employee in that area. Even t. Cashier Shaylyn was friendly and efficient.

Great store and one of the best ACE hardware shops in the country. I just purchased my new Weber BBQ from them after my old Weber finally burnt out, it was 20 years old so I did get my monies worth out of it. Yeagers put the new one together and brought it right to the house, they did a great job.

Quick in and out thanks to the lady up front. Recommend and I will return. Excellent service.

They had a CFL starter and ballistic for my old light IN STOCK and the customer service is excellent - I love this store!!

Went to exchange the wrong part. The employees were so helpful finding the right part and even tried to fix the damaged part! Still had to get a new one but they’ve really went beyond helping find the correct part! Thank y’all for everything- great employees for sure- I will be back-

This small town hardware store truly has great customer service. The people are always helpful, polite and knowledgeable

I am new to Greenwood, went into the store to see if they could help me out. The employees are great. I had to build a pump to winterize my rv. The employee that helped me was awesome, wish I would have got his name.
I will be going to see them for everything that I need in the future.

I called ahead about a specific product. The lady who answered her phone was very polite and helpful. We were greeted at the door and referred to the correct department aisle. Another gentleman assisted us with our purchase. Very pleased and satisfied with the customer service experience.

The parking lot right off that intersection is a bit of a pain, but the store had everything I needed and the staff were friendly and helpful.

My experience at Yeager’s was amazing. One employee walked with us as we read our list and showed us where everything was. When someone came in that he had an appointment with, a different employee took over. Great service!

Most generally always has everything I need and the people are so friendly I actually got told hello and how am I and welcome to Yeager's 15 times before I got more than 20 ft into the building!! I had to go into Jaegers early this morning and it was almost annoying how friendly everyone was when I was still sleeping hahaha.!!:):):)..tks Yeager's peeps!!!

The Salesman was very helpful. I am extremely grateful that Yeager s had 1x6x12 western cedar that I needed. I would recommend this store for your building needs.
