I am very mad at Sally’s beauty I went in there wanting to change my hair for school and I asked the lady with black and blue hair for some help and it seemed like she didn’t really know what she was talking about I got the argan oil color fix hair color remover for 17.99 and two color brilliance cream color and a small bottle of developer those 3 products where 8 dollars each and when I went to pay I was watching everything ring up to 42$ and she told us the right price at first then my friend pulled out his cash and then she said oh I’m sorry it will actually be 70$ and so my friend gave her that and when I got back in my car I realized that it wasn’t that much so I go back and ask the lady for a receipt cause she didn’t even offer me one (btw I’m just a 16 yr old kid) and she said she couldn’t do that and then I asked her if my friend gave her the right amount of money and she proceeded to lie in my face telling me that I dropped a 20$ bill on the flour and that she gave us our change but she only gave us 2$ back the products worked perfectly fine but not the workers in there she should be lucky I’m not a mean person and she is lucky I didn’t tell her manager about all of this.
