Keith made my tux rental a great experience. Ran into a minor jacket issue and Keith expedited a new jacket for me. Great customer service received from all angles. Keith deserves to be the general manager for sure.

This review is based on a 2023 visit. was very attentive in selecting a blazer for me. I had arrived without the specific knowledge that the executive style blazer was more of a size than a particular type of sport coat. I was directed to a blazer that was regular fit, where at a different store nearby I was indicated that “Yes” “short” would probably be good for you. Measurements were taken. In the end, I got a blazer that was better suited for me, because after all I was looking for something with a larger fit. I suggest you go into a store like this with an open mind and it’s possible you might find something in your style that you like, instead of something direct ordered. The tailoring was spot on the first time around.

5 STARS-- Let me tell you why. I own/run a few businesses and customer service is so important. Men's Warehouse should be super proud that they employ a young man named Cam.
He was super helpful, very polite, and is exactly what a business owner wants in an employee! I went in with my son to have him fitted properly for a suit that I saw online but wasn't sure what size to get. In no time, Cam sized my teen, and had him try on shoes for the "full effect" and to see where it needed to be altered. I mentioned living close to an alteration shop, but he let me know they have in-house tailors, and it's affordable. (Good job on the sale LOL) We purchased the suit and are also having it altered in-house at Men's Warehouse. I will most definitely be returning in the future.

This Place is awesome Mr. Keith should be Generall Manager. He needs a raise because this store wouldn’t ruin its self with out him. He was very knowledgeable and he were the suits himself. He is very customer friendly and he makes you feel welcomed in this location on bluebonnet by the mall of Louisiana. He took his time out and showed kindnesses towards me and my family as a Shopper. We were offered a good deal and price and the value of the purchase was very reasonable. In the future l will only deal with this location if this Gentleman can continue to serve my Family in the future and the presence. Mrs, Joyce was for patient, kind, caring. We were offered Water as we waited for service. The store was clean and the Staff was full. I didn’t ask to use the restroom so l don’t no if there was a restroom. Handicap are welcome because it’s a flat area. No bumps are humps. The store product was full and the store smelled and looked clean. The staff were dressed to the part. The temperature was very cool and refreshing.

When found that elements were missing in the order sent, they jumped right in and made it happen so I could make the ball! Great service

They were incredibly busy in the day I went, and everyone still maintained a pleasent attitude. I needed a suit quickly for a funeral since all of mine were too large & couldn't be taken in any further. They not only helped me, but rushed the tailoring to have it ready on a 48hr turnaround. Wonderful service. The entire crew working that day & tailor deserves praise.

This Place was fabulous, The sales Representative was very helpful and willing to help. The Store Manager Keith was a deal breaker he was fantastic in helping with finding the correct items. We were Treated With the most Highly Customer Seems that you would want to be treated. I would recommend this place. Remember This Place offers Quality and durability in there Products (Clothing) This isn’t another Fly By Night Store that offers you pay what you get! This Store Can only offer Quality Clothes and Custom fits. With your name stitched in the side. The price was Reasonable! The carry many sizes, They Offer a variety of fashionable clothing. Mrs Joyce was a very nice and patient, friendly, kind, knowledgeable and understanding. I highly Recommend them both and Mr Kieth is the face and Brand of Men’s warehouse. Don’t Remove him from this location because he is this location. Just upgraded him to a higher position so you can keep your brand happy. I no you have a lot of brands in this location but what’s a brand with out a face behind it. This Man has Earned me and my family’s Trust in fashion and Beauty of this store. Thanks for a fantastic experience.

What a great place to pick up a suit. I would highly recommend talking to Hali, she is very knowledgeable and friendly. I do not like clothes shopping at all, especially trying to find a suit. Hali made my experience like no other. She was able to keep that smile on my face and kept me from giving up. I have walked out of many others stores because of service, especially when they are trying to just sale you anything they can. Honesty goes a long way with me. I will definitely be going back. Going above and beyond, she ensured that I presented myself impeccably for my son's funeral, meticulously selecting a suit that exuded dignity and grace.

I first visited this location over 5 years ago to buy a custom suit and a custom tuxedo. I was very impressed with the customer service associates as well as the in-house tailors. I recently visited again because I had outgrown my previous apparel.

Upon arrival, the store associate knew exactly what suit I was looking. She picked the exact brand and the exact proper size for me on the first try. I was extremely impressed with her abilities as well as her charisma. While I didn't buy a pair of shoes, she even picked out a pair for me to try on without asking and they were the exact style I would have picked myself!

When it was time to have some custom measurements taken, the same gentleman had been working there making alterations with very close attention to detail. I remember him very well from my last purchase. He told me he'd been working with men's Warehouse since 1999! With years of experience I know and trust that I will love the suit that he will alter for me.

I had not originally planned on buying a suit that day, but because of the outstanding customer service experience and finding the perfect suit I could not walk away. Overall this was an amazing experience, and I will edit this review to add pictures once I pick my suit up.

Bailey and Travon were super helpful with my fitting for a tux. Very accommodating.
Bailey was so nice to me and for that, I will be back for more business in the future. Better keep them on the payroll!

The gentleman that helped my fiance and I out, Keith, was WONDERFUL! He went over everything with pristine detail and was very kind! 10/10 would recommend Keith!

My husband and I had a wonderful experience at this location. We literally walked in with wedding colors and the female sales rep assisted us and made us feel like our wedding was her absolute top priority. The customer service each time we came in was warm and welcoming. I recommend this company to ALL who are looking for superior service even when your planning a wedding one month like us.

Mr. Keith went above and beyond to help me find a suit for my husband. He then got his tailor to hem his pants for me while I waited. The staff here is very helpful I came in not knowing what to get. I’m not confident in myself choosing great apparel neither. This lady Miss Destiny she understood the assignment and hooked me up. I went out getting high reviews myself. You come in there correct they gonna find what you need.

I went in looking for a last minute suit for a wedding. The sales rep showed me the size jacket I needed then left me alone to shop. No pressure sales is what I liked the most. If I had a question I would just look up and he would come over to help. I found a perfect fitting jacket, matching pants and no alterations were needed. They also have a great selection of suit accessories. Highly recommend Men's warehouse for buying any last minute men's suits or clothing

my boyfriend had to buy a tux VERY last minute for a mardi gras ball & we were worried that we wouldn’t get it done in time but Miranda was so very helpful & made our trip a breeze!!
