Excellent! I called to ask a billing question, I was paying $99 a month, now starting next month it's $85. 2 phones and a tablet. All unlimited. Thanks Metro by T-Mobile.

Wanted to swtich from boost to metro and i went in with my partner. Got greeted with so much enthusiasm.. and this young lady helped me out tremendously i couldnt get a hold of boost like always n this girl sat there and for an hour n helped us out with boost . She went beyond to help me out n my partner n i never had someone help us out qs much as she did . I coulnt thank her enough she did an amzing job thank you amanda ..you was amzing n i truly appreciate the fact that you went beyond to help my wife out . Im coming back with my son n his girlfriend just so u can help them . I work as a supervisor for telecome you should help my staff be more like you. Lol 😆

I have been coming to this store since they first opened in place of the shoe store back in 2008. Great, friendly service and always open to help me with my technical questions. Mike the owner has treated me like family since day 1.

Mike n everybody is amazing there my brother Tommy sent me to metro in Newport I'm sandralynn Stetz! send everybody there my mom my niece and friends family members all r switching to metro in Newport I even have sent total strangers there to ask for Mike or luie niomie Dianna I still send everybody there my favorite cell phone dealer I wouldn't recommend anywhere else I hate Sprint Verizon but metro is THEE BEST!!!! I didn't get the girls name but I was there June 20th she was so helpful with me and so patient helping me with my phone,
That would be the Metro I will be using from now on

Jubby and Mike were so patient and helpful with my needs. They helped me set up skype to talk with my family overseas and made sure everything was perfect before I left.

Love Metro PCS in Keyport if you go there ask for Diana and just tell her the girl that makes her ears bleed and always buys her a Sprite or a Mountain Dew and always helps fix my phone with my pictures and make sure that my memory doesn't get full she will hook you up she's the best and she will take care of you so I highly recommend if you're going to change your phone go to Keyport Metro on Main Street and ask for Diane she's a young girl dark hair very pretty very polite and she will hook you up and she will explain everything to you and she'll give you the best deal you could ever get I adore her and you can tell her that Sandra the girl that gets her her Sprite and makes her years bleed and I always have gossip for her sent you and she'll definitely take care of you!!!!!!!!!
