The Children's Place Outlet

I’m grateful for the wonderful associates working behind the register and on the floor. When I needed some last minute uniform pants for my toddler,, they came through in a pinch and even helped me in placing an online order which I received days later. Tasha and the rest of the staff were accommodating and I received a bargain compared to buying the uniforms from the school’s preferred vendor whom priced theirs more than double the price of Children’s place.

We had a great visit today to this store. The staff were very helpful and offered us a great discount. I highly recommend this place for small children!

Good selection, good pricing ...

The manager on duty this morning was terrible! No surprise reading the rest of these google reviews. Corporate needs to do better with this store. She literally wanted to go back and forth with me over $3. Clearance shoes placed in the wrong place and she just wanted to point to a sign. Didn’t even offering any apology. AWFUL!

Extremely bad management, we bought socks and came the next day to return, they refuse to return because one sock was out see picture, unprofessional service. I will never never shop in the store anymore. I recommend firing the manager.

I never had a good experience at this store. They don’t have a sign where line starts for checkout. They have the counter on both sides. The manager is very rude and she don’t even wish the customers. She looks rude and less likely to help. Never saw a smile on her face.

Had to give 1 star because there isn't an option for no star. Wanted to exchange an item and requested the lady store manager to use the credit card in file. She refused and wouldn't help out. Terrible customer care policy, wouldn't recommend.

I’ve been to this place twice. The clothes were laid out nicely and there was a good selection. However, the employees were not very welcoming nor friendly. Second time, the same. Zero personality and zero customer service skills. One of them, who appeared to be a manager, was just rude to some customers. I refuse to go back there!

Had a purchase of beach footwear for my child but it wasn't the right size so I stopped by the outlet at Leesburg premium location and the lady (named RABIA) who was I guess the manager in charge refused to take back the return even if I presented her with the receipt and the tag of the item, she was rude and arrogant and said no for the return just cause tag was not in the right place, I even asked for the exchange for one size bigger but I was denied, never expected this, even being a regular customer, I had multiple other purchases and this was the very first time I had such an experience... Even though I asked for an exchange for it she came with a straight 'NO' and an explanation saying we do not take any returns & exchange which was ridiculous, I would like to shops again at the outlet but if this is how they continue with the customer service, I don't think I would be going back again, this need to be changed!

The cashier violet took for ever to take care of the customers the lady violet kept talking and just hold the products on her hands it took me 30min to get to the cashier. Not coming again

Worst customer service ever
I have been here 4 times and each time it was a horrible experience gradually increasing their hostility towards all customers coming in. The staff seriously needs to learn how to treat customers or needs to be replaced

Not a great work environment, I didn’t feel welcome. It was a very hostile environment for me. I felt like everything I did right they some how found it wrong. My manager wasn’t kind.

Don’t recommend that place rude people working don’t know what customer service is

De todas las cajeras y manager, solo una cajera ha sido amable de las veces que he ido a esta tienda, hace poco fui y vi como la cajera con una que parecía manager no dejaban de hablar y ni siquiera se inmutaron viendo que yo estaba allí esperando que me atendieran, luego una cajera me contestó de mala gana mi pregunta y siguieron su platica , me vine inmediatamente no quise comprar absolutamente nada, en cambio la que está en sterling la mayoría de cajeras son muy amables , siempre tienen disposición de ayudar y tienen mejor ubicación las cosas, de esa tienda nunca me vengo con las manos vacías
