AT&T Store

I had a great experience working with Thorn and Stephen. They treated me like a valued customer. I really like my new S23 Ultra and Galaxy Watch 6. I highly recommended this location for all your mobile device needs.

I had several things I needed assistance with regarding my business account; 3 damaged phones that necessitated 3 trade in upgrades, 2 lines I needed to cancel & 2 I needed to open with new devices + new services... Robert Egeland spent hours helping me through every single step of the process. He was wonderful—extremely helpful, pleasant, & knowledgeable.

Normally I would never say I actually enjoyed spending over an hour+ at the cell store sitting with a representative; in fact that typically sounds like a miserable way to spend an afternoon. Robert's easygoing demeanor, & nonjudgmental affect made it feel like I was sitting with a friend… a friend who also just so happened to have the capacity to update my AT&T account & get my teenagers much coveted new phones (because they somehow both managed to crack the screens on their phones on the EXACT SAME DAY, in separate incidents. I know: it sounds like a suspicious ploy to get new phones, but it wasn’t. It was just… teenagers 🙄

Robert just rolled with all of it & he never seemed impatient or anxious to wrap up the transaction. He made sure I received the best promos I was eligible for, & the best products as well. He managed expectations around shipment times as well as billing cycle processing times. I don't dread having to return to the store to trade in the old phones & activate the new ones. That's the greatest endorsement I can give. He’s a testament to AT&T's customer service reputation at this particular store. In my personal experience over the past decade the employees at this store have consistently provided wonderful, prompt, satisfactory service & Robert is clearly no exception.

I have had a series of different kinds of problems to solve involving my phone (and my husband’s phone also).
Being helped in person by Daniel and his various team members made all the difference in getting our phones to work and make us glad to stay with AT&T. They were patient, professional and offered information with solutions that worked.

Additionally, they assisted us getting our phones set up for international travel. They worked with us to use the Asurion insurance we have when my phone got lost and then found.

In these times, when a person is required to work over the phone with various recorded automatic responses only to be disconnected with no help received after over an hour …
Is no match for the good customer service that I received at this AT&T store.

Jenene was a HUGE help. She did an incredible job explaining my various options and helped me figure out what plan was best for me. Incredible customer service from her and had a pretty fun time getting my new phone and plan from her. I will definitely be back here for all of my phone needs

We made a 9 o'clock appointment and were the first people in and the person that we met with was extremely helpful showing us different phones and helping us to revise our current plan to save us money. She was very knowledgeable friendly and helpful and we were extremely pleased. No waiting!

Came in yesterday. I had made an appointment. My reason was to get my mobile phone number changed. I was getting a lot of annoying texts. It was almost non stop for 2 days. My old # was with a Florida area code. Your associate Thorn was so incredibly helpful. There were a couple of hiccups along the way but he handled everything from setting up my new # and account to canceling my old #. He is an excellent associate and yor is is lucky to have him. Incredible service! My gf and were lucky enough to have Thorn Pelotto for our sales consultant, because he blew us away. Was very friendly, intent on solving any problems, very professional and informative. my father had passed away a couple weeks ago while I was on his plan, we didn't know what to expect walking in today. Thorn Pelotto gave us an incredible deal, making us all very happy with AT&T!!! I hope you are all lucky enough to have Thorn as your consultant.

Bianca was amazing! I was having issues making phone calls and accessing voice messages on my Google Pixel and Bianca was able to pinpoint the problem after about 10 minutes of problem solving. Appreciate how friendly and competent she was!

Miguel Alvarez was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, friendly, and helpful. I ran into issues with another ATT store a week earlier that created work and personal hassles. Miguel fixed it in 15 minutes. Highly recommend asking for him

IF YOU COME HERE GET THORN TO HELP YOU! Super nice and helpful. Great chitchat while he helped us. All of the phones on our plan were messed up from getting new ones and calling AT&T support. Thorn was able to sort it out within 15 minutes. The Manager was super short with us while we were trying to find someone to help us. He just stood around while watching us wait which was kind of rude.

Thorn was amazing, he directed me to get the right phone. I fell in love with my galaxy s24. Way better than my old iPhone. He knows what he is talking about. Thank you so much thorn!

Bianca at the Boulder location is SO helpful and professional. She was incredible to work with. We had a lot of things we needed to take care of and she made it so easy and seamless. Would give her 10 stars if I could!!
