Forever 21

Tonight I took my 13 yr old granddaughter and her friend to get a dress. Heaven, the young salesperson, was so helpful and mindful of their age. Another school friend joined them and Heaven didn't get flustered, just started helping her too. The girls had fun and got a dress that was reasonably priced. Everyone there was nice even though it was approaching closing time.

Hi! I worked here a long time ago! Just wanted to say for anyone complaining about the messy clothes and floors, who do you think makes the store messy? Certainly not any of the employees. I remember running and experiment and organized the entire shoe shelves. Took me over an hour and I come back the next day and it’s already falling apart. Goes to show you that the employees are doing their job right, customers as a whole are the ones making things messy lol

I am a #Forever21 employee at this location and I take great pride in working for this company.. I apologize to all of our customers who have been shopping with us over the past few months while we were understaffed and a little over worked. Things are much better now. BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE EVER! First of all when I walked in I was greeted at the doors with a smile & a hello. I was coming in to get a store credit with the clothes that I was exchanging, and was helped immediately. It was a bit late so I was rushing to make sure that I had everything I came for! After multiple attempts at finding what I was looking for, I finally walked up to the register, ONLY to realize that my card was missing! I began to panic, until Kaylie (my super woman) came to my rescue and did something on the computer to reverse my transaction! I was given a NEW card & was able to pay for my clothes without coming out of pocket again!

Thank you sooooo much Kaylie & the rest of the Forever21 team, you guys definitely made my night!

I had the best experience ever!!! I needed to exchange my blouse for a smaller size, and Wayne Newton went above and beyond to help me. I'm seriously impressed by the level of customer service I received :D #givehimaraise

I'm using my boyfriends gmail to type this out rn but I just have to say, Miriam is the real freaking MVP! Not only did she run back and forwards to the phone to check on a pair of shoes in stock for me 3x, (bc I'm lazy and waited the last minute to get my shoes for an event), she accidentally hung up on me AND CALLED ME BACK. I'm deceased, shes amazing, someone give this girl a raise!!!

I didnt have any problem with the clothes there. I also ended up buying my favorite sweater from there too.

My girlfriend loves this place and it's got a great selection for a great price and it's Christian owned company on top of that!

I go to this mall only because of this store. Good price and good choice always available here.
