Spectrum Store

Christopher and Alix were great to work with. After having some issues with my services and account they handled the matters with professionalism. I was impressed with their assistance and the follow up emails Christopher provided to make sure the issue I experienced was followed through with.

The staff here, is great for a person who grow up before electronics, they explain issues in terms that you can understand, and do work with those of use who we're here before computers,cell phones,etc

Thank you to Joey and Chris who were amazing and patient and professional. I can honestly say I like Spectrum again because of them!

The tech they sent out was very knowledgable, professional, and had excellent customer service skills. His name is Jason. We were considering leaving Spectrum after 30 yrs of service but after he solved our problem will be remaining a customer

Payton was the best, I came in 20 minutes before the store closed and I felt horrible but he was wonderful and friendly and assured me I was no bother. He was efficient, courteous, gave me everything I needed and answered all of my questions. I really appreciated his customer service! Thank you Payton!

Matt and Team were delivering the same service, was it as fast? No. Why? Amazing customer service with really complex problems. As a result I heard Matt and Team work with heart and genuine care to resolve each issue as if it were a relative in line. They delivered 🙌

I will continue to come to this location specifically for it's customer service.

The salesman Joey was excellent and was super helpful! He needs a raise or something he explained everything to us well and answered all our questions accurately. Im so glad he was on shift yesterday to help us ; as we are new to the area and wanted to get internet asap! Appreciate the service and the employees!

Janell was so helpful. For a Sunday I was surprised how busy it was. Highly suggest dealing with someone in a store vs a sales woman in Walmart just trying to make her sale quota. My account was not set up properly and warranted MORE time to go to a store to get their error taken care of. So happy I had someone that knew what was going on to get my straighten out!

Always use their reservation system for fast service.

I love us cellular! I could be deep in the middle of the woods and still make a call. Been a customer for 20+yrs and I don't plan on changing anytime soon.

Fastest and best phone activation I’ve ever experienced. Within an hour we had a new line added, new phone activated, and old phone cleared. Payton was super friendly, quick, and knowledgeable- highly recommend him for all of your mobile questions and needs. Thank you Payton and Joey!

Had a real rough time with support number trying to cancel my service (moving). After several hours on hold and misinformation I stopped into the Lake Geneva store. Alicia here was able to help me with everything I needed in a matter of 5 minutes. She was super professional and helpful and I am super thankful for her help.

Andrew Collins handled the complicated services I required today with excellence! He was patient, informative, good humored, and personable! The down time, due to the very handy data transfer we needed from one phone to the newer phone, was even well spent as he handled giving support to his fellow employees while keeping us dutifully informed intermittently as the transfer progressed. He wasn't without obstacles made from outside influence such as my card on file needing switching and my credit union being overprotective initially. But this and other things not expected or spawned from Spectrum's end were briskly and professionally resolved due largely to his willingness to help and knowledge.

Very happily surprised! We came into a room of full chairs and a couple people standing, and started getting worried. However, nearly everyone was taken care of quickly and accurately. Not long after, it was our turn and Janell was knowledgeable, helpful, and efficient. We got exactly what we came for with no hassle. This was in the morning on a Monday, so I can't speak to the busyness at other times.

Shout out to Payton and the rest of the Lake Geneva Spectrum team. They got my phone bill to a reasonable level without changing my plan or adding a line! Thank you all!

Great service, love can sign in and have expectation when to be called. Customers not so much who wouldn't sign in and try to jump in front of you.
