Niche and Dime

I went in this store over the holidays and I was absolutely amazed that i could find a gift for anyone in my family and friends circle. They have wonderful unique items and I was blown away by some really fun products they carry. The staff was friend and helpful and I was able to find lots of fun gifts and items and even things for myself that i love very much. Will certainly be back for more! Keep it up!

Most amazing experience with the two most amazing sales associates(Highlander). I came in to do some last second stocking stuffers and was greeted with a smile. I keep forgetting how no matter what life throws at you at Christmas time that this store literally has Angels able to guide you into a saving grace state of mind. Thank you ladies so much for making my shopping experience top notch at niche and dime!!! I can tell you that this is the place to stop and shop and leave with a feeling that you just were saved. We bought our African Dwarf Frogs from this store around 3 years ago. Because of this staff, our sweet pets have been thriving!

We recently lost our boy last week and when we came in to the store to get more food for our girl, we mentioned the loss of her mate. Knowing these animals thrive with a mate, Kevin graciously gave us another mate.

This store has always given us the food, tips and support to care for our little pets.

I saw someone post earlier that they visited the store and saw a frog "struggle " to get to the top. This is quite normal. They just enjoy the swim float routine. And sometimes they move slower if temperatures change but it is brief.

Besides having lots and lots of fun gifts, this store really cares about these little guys. They have always supported the care and ensured we had everything we need to give these little guys a quality of life and we have enjoyed them for years!

I'm not sure of the owner's name, but I'd like to comment that their staff is amazing and we have always enjoyed our trips there.

They did get me addicted to these 🐸 🐸!!!

Which by the way are fun, easy to care for and I love hearing them sing and watching them hang out.

Today my daughter and I brought our 3 year old female back to the store to show them how she is doing. Because of their help, our girl is thriving! I could not have done this without their help!

And of course how cute is this little winter hat we picked up for my daughter in the store. Great gifts, huge selection, n literally for anybody at any age. I cannot believe people are complaining about them having such a large variety the things. people complain for the sake of complaining is truly shocking. Truly is a great and fun store!

I stopped in to Niche and Dime for the first time this week. Ari immediately greeted me and was very helpful in explaining the merchandise I was interested in. When I asked a question about whether they had any Genshin Impact merchandise, both Ari and Zane explained that they didn’t have it and gave me some local suggestions where to find it. Both of them were friendly and I had a delightful experience shopping. My daughter absolutely loved the Hello Kitty shirt I bought there. They had a great selection and wonderful customer service!

This store has the most niche and unique items I have seen in the mall. If you think you can’t find it anywhere else, there’s a good chance they have it; it’s the perfect place to find gifts for hard-to-shop-for-people. Additionally, there’s great customer service. The employees are very considerate. While I understand that it may seem annoying to some, as it is a small store and the same person may be asked if they need assistance multiple times, they are still humans that are just trying to do their jobs. For those who have worked in retail, you understand that sometimes you don’t notice if one associate is already helping a customer.

Honestly my favorite store to go get anime merch or cool things. The staff is so nice and assisting. There’s always new things everytime I go in. Don’t believe the bad reviews it was a group of kids up to no good. They’ve been around for ages for a reason!

This store has a fun and unique variety of gifts ranging from anime and Japanese themed candy/gifts, to pop culture. Staff are very friendly and helpful.

This store is absolutely amazing with a vast collection of unique products that you may not find anywhere else, I would definitely recommend this.

Amazing stuff! The staff here are THE BEST. So incredibly friendly and willing to help! I come here whenever I go to Crabtree Mall, it’s my favorite store and they have a wide range of items which always fit my needs.

This is one of the unique gift boutiques in the town! I absolutely love the variety of products they offer! My all time favorite product is colorful evil eye anklet! Have received many compliments and bought it multiple times to gift. The owner and staff members are friendly and attentive! Highly recommended!!

i LOVE this place, i go here every single time i go to crabtree. tons of pokemon plushies, squishmallows, and just recently some fnaf plushies!!

high quality plushies, but the prices are a bit high. the my melody ice cream squishmallow (20 inch) was $80 there, but on the costco online i found it for $20. other than that this is by far my favorite store in crabtree

Coolest store at the mall! Staff is friendly! Largest selection of unique plushies and gifts. They are always crowded for a reason! It's super popular! Nice to have this in our area!! Something new all the time! Must visit!

First, the employees aren't shadowing anyone and assuming they're stealing. It IS a crowded and small store - employees standing anywhere will mean someone seems to be being shadowed. It IS jam packed. The layout isn't great, considering. However, there are a lot of random things to look at - you'll never see the same thing twice haha. I wanted to leave a review bc one of the employees - a guy with a beard and glasses - bumped into us a few times (remember the store is small and packed) and he noticed I was playing Pokemon Go. We got to chatting and he recommended Pikman Bloom and it's been super cute so I wanted to thank him for the rec :) the employees are sweet and it isn't their fault the store is packed to the brim.

Keep in mind, the employees have no control over what the store owners put on the shelves. Lots of the dupes are obvious but that's just my opinion. I don't go in here thinking I'll find anything legit haha it's just fun to look

Stopped by today and had a Great Time....salesman Kevin was so fun and helpful and I was able to find everything I was looking for and even helped me find more items I really wanted for myself.
Stop by and check them out, great place especially for those presents you need to buy and just don’t know what to get.
Also they carry items from local talented people from Raleigh. So great way to invest in those who live here. Keep up the great work. Loved it.

Love this store! Had no idea it was here! Kevin was helpful from the start and the full team was so sweet and friendly! We love our Pride purchases and new exhale water bottle. Very organized and well kept inside! So happy to have another place like this in the Raleigh area!
