AT&T Store

Had so much fun getting a new iPhone with this crew. They are incredibly helpful and so easy to get along with. Got EXACTLY what I wanted and laughed the whole time.

My favorite thing about AT&T something I feel like really makes this company stand out is their AMAZING employees. I was having some issues with my phone I called the store & spoke to Kat. She helped me with my problem in 5 mins. She was so kind & knowledgeable & really took her time with me to make sure I understood what was going on. I was so appreciative I had to go inside the store & bring her a treat. You don’t find people with such a kind soul like that anymore someone who really enjoys their job & what they’re doing.

Katlyn was hands down the best. She really helped us understand the plans and transfer all 3 of our personal lines to AT&T. We will be bringing our business lines over as well! Everyone should have a Katlyn at their store. She is super knowledgeable, so kind and always there to help when we have any questions or need something. We are very thankful for her! And we are extremely satisfied with our plan and service at AT&T.

I spoke with Delson for almost 2 hours, and I have to say best customer service hands down! Answered all my questions, took his time, looked up my jobs discount, even had me open extra lines. I recommend 10/10

Shawn Hawkins was absolutely incredible! He went above and beyond with patience and courtesy throughout. I had been attempting to get a S22+ I upgraded to activated for a week with no success, going through multiple channels and phone calls. Shawn spent a large portion of his day dedicated to ensuring I left the store with my phone activated. After quite some time and patience we succeeded!. I left a very much happier customer than I expected!

This at&t store is very welcoming. We were greeted Immediately we walked in and asked if we would like to be added to the waiting list. There were a hand full of people in the store at this time the wait wasn't to long. I've went on two occasions and was helped by Aaron as well as Shawn. These two gentlemen were very professional and answered all my questions as well as help me understand the best deals and promotions the store had on all devices and accessories. I recommend if you are in the area this store will get the job for all your at&t needs.

Although the store was full of customers the employees were very accommodating and the manager Joshua was very nice and apologetic and took good care of my needs

A few days ago I was tired of my old phone service and was just shopping around, comparing prices seeing if they providers gave me the same rate as I was quoted online. Walked into this AT&T and even though it was pretty busy, Kat greeted me right away and within minutes she was helping assist me and gladly answered my hundreds of questions. I made it clear from the start what the online quote was and that I was just looking not ready to make the jump just yet.

After she answered all my questions and concerns, I gladly and confidently decided to make the switch from Prepaid service to At&t and the bill is only about 30$ more than I was paying but with better service and nicer phones. She walked me through the whole process and DIDN'T PRESSURE ME TO SWITCH, which I enjoyed. Most representative fly through your paperwork and the fees you have no idea what you are signing up for. But Kat broke every fee and even ways to save what I could.

My intention when I switched was to get the Samsung Galaxy S20 but ended up getting 2 Galaxy S21 FEs AND A GALAXY WATCH, which I never thought I'd be able to afford one of those.

While I was leaving, she gave me her card and told me if I had ANY questions to call her. WELL, TODAY I went back in there with a question about my husband's phone and knew I only wanted to deal with her, even if I had to come back another day. Well is was so nice that she remembered me instantly and within minutes had my problem solved.

KAT IS BY FAR THE BEST REPRESENTATIVE I have ever dealt with about phone services. She is very knowledgeable and won't try and get your sale for the "commission", will educate you on any type of phone and give you the pros and the cons all while HAVING A SMILE ON HER FACE THE WHOLE TIME.

I visited the AT&T store in Winter Haven, Florida off of 3rd street to transfer phone service. We were greeted as soon as we walked through the door. In less than 5 minutes, Timothy, the AT&T rep, assisted me and my brother with transferring phone service with a great deal of knowledge, understanding, and patience. The whole process went extremely well.

Exceptional customer service. Was greeted as I walked in. Waited less than 5 minutes to be helped. All my problems were resolved and all my questions were answered. Love AT&T. 👍🏼
