I visit Starbucks whenever I'm going to have a meal at the hospital cafe to get my coffee or a medicine ball. At the height of Covid, the hospital restricted visitors to all areas, except doctor's offices, that's why only hospital personnel were allowed. It is not the case anymore. Everyone is welcome. I was at the hospital today, as a visitor, and bought a coffee. I have never had a bad customer service experience.

Never tried Starbucks until a visit to Southeast Health straightened that out, too. This coffee will curl your toes, provided you get the Columbian. It is a "quicker picker upper". Thanks Bounty.

Have been in Hospital for 12 days with my Husband. It’s amazing what a great coffee drink and a danish with super service can do for a family in distress. “ IT’s THE LITTLE THINGS” ❤

I was so embarassed today when i had a problem with my cc and I could only pay for half my order so i said omg im so sorry nvm on my coffee. I dont know her name but she said oh its ok no worries I got it. And paid herself. She went above and beyond and turned a super embarassing moment for me into a super sweet and kind one. I just wanted to publicly thank her for treating me like a human not a number in line. Like i didnt expect that at all. And the coffee was delicious.
