McDonald's

This is the most nice in the United States, by far! The service, the flow, THE FOOD IS THE FRESHEST! USEUALLY... McDonald's food usually leaves my stomach messed up but This is an exception I am glad I stopped here! Friendly nice not one piece of trash floating around the parking lot. Even the customers were nice and courteous. The continuous flow of drive-through traffic means that this McDonald's family members was on one accord!

Fast, friendly, cleanest one I’ve been to in a long time. This is a great example of quality restaurant that the rest of this company could look to as an example of how to do it effectively and at the highest level

The only issue I have is there is never anyone at the front to greet you and take your order. I stood in front about 7 minutes before an Employee acknowledged me standing there.

It happens alot.

My son got drop kicked out of the play place by an employee! Totally unacceptable!

Just excellent service. Picked up a mobile order inside, they were slammed with the drive thru and doordash orders. Workers literally doing three things at once and were still so polite and nice. Food was fresh and exactly how we ordered it. Love this location!

Was on the way home from Detroit and found this place. Was the only thing Open around the area, so it was relieving to find the dining room open so we could use the restroom as well. Staff was great and service was lightning fast. Keep up the good work!

These workers don't get enough credit. They're polite and efficient. They get the job done even when super backed up. People need to remember that patience is a virtue, and that most of the workers here at young teenagers working their first job.

I ordered through the app, fast service, very nice workers, and nice restaurant. Just wish they would bring back the yogurt parfait. Overall, it was a great experience.

The dumpster in the back is spacious enough to fit three hearty men and a gallon of mouthwash comfortably. The parking lot has a rich fire roasted aged sneaker taste to it. I don't know about the food. They have a strict no pants no entry policy.

The staff had a smile on and the food was hot like its supposed to be. Fresh oil too you can just tell :) great job! Everyone at home loved it because it was still warm when i got home.

For the first time in my adult life with adult money I was given extra pickles on my sammy today 10/10 recommend whatever teenager you got on the cook line *chef's kiss* you're a gem!

I went out this morning to get breakfast for myself and my family. It was a rather large order, and the drive through was swamped. I got my order and came home, but while unpacking it, I discovered some missing items. I called the store and was offered a coupon, or to come up and retrieve my items, free of charge. Everyone was very pleasant and when I went inside, the gal at the counter apologized profusely and rang up the replacement items free of charge. I'm very impressed with the customer service of the F109 store. Well done, Grand Blanc.

This location is amazing. Any time I am here in the morning I can see someone actively cleaning the restaurant inside. All employees are friendly and properly masked. I never have any order issues. This staff is by far the best.

Went through the drive-thru food was okay service was okay

Not sure anybody could see this is the slowest McDonald’s in town. The drive-through line is huge every time I’m here and I get through it very quickly. These folks do an amazing job. I am beyond impressed with the speed and accuracy of this place.

This location has rarely caused us any grief. There have been a small handful of minor issues due to new employees (I think) but for the most part it gets squared up and we leave happy and the food is always great.

Went there to support the cars 108 roof sit. While there we had wonderful hosts the staff was very nice. This was my first visit to this location. I will be back. Like I said the staff was top notch wonderful.

This McDonald's was very neat and clean. The service was prompt and the food was tasty.
