NCG Cinemas - Lapeer

1st time visit! Friendly, courteous and thoughtful staff. Excellent customer service and the facility was clean - restroom, concession stand and the movie theater (floor and seats). An enjoyable movie going experience! Definitely will be visiting soon.

I always have great service here, concessions workers are super nice as well as efficient. Theaters are clean as well as the bathrooms! My go to theater is NCG in Lapeer

Great theater with a lot of screens. Very clean and modern with comfortable seats. No IMAX though. Been going for all of my life and have seen it transform over the years. Great theater.

NCG CINEMAS is always clean .... well staffed with friendly faces who try to make your movie going experience a fabulous one. I go to the movies each week (as long as there is something i want to see) and 8 out of 10 times it is to an NCG THEATER.

Great place to see a movie. Clean theaters and bathrooms with friendly service at the concession stands. Would definitely recommend to family and friends who want to go watch a movie. And as an added bonus the movies all had color! What a crazy world we live in where these moving pictures can say stuff. Pretty much magic if you ask me. Only thing is... there's a 95% chance that this technology was acquired by stealing from aliens and they will be coming to take what is theirs soon. Lock your doors people. The alien apocalypse is coming.

A great cinema that never seems too crowded. Love the convenience compared to going to Flint or Grand Blanc. Very SAFE location!

Stumbled in here with just enough time to see a movie! The popcorn bucket large was delicious. Seats were comfy and we will definitely be back!

They do a really good job here. The theaters are clean and well laid out with a place for wheelchairs up front. The seats are comfortable and recline a bit. If anything, the sound system is sometimes a bit loud. On some movies that’s great though!

Seating is comfortable. Nicely decorated for the seasons, went on Halloween time and it was nice.
Pop machines clean. Overall it is a good place to come and watch a movie and enjoy some popcorn.
Bathrooms are clean.

Glad to see this theater is making it through these hard times. I do understand the need to supplement income but would be nice to not repeat the same advertisement over and over, maybe more previews instead.

Not much to say. I've been going here since I was a kid and I've always enjoyed the place. It's not a big time AMC theater but you don't see me driving 30-45 minutes for one cause this place is more than enough for the desired experience.

It was good, clean, and pretty good for the standard theater experience. It's currently winter, so the heater was on and it could be heard while watching the movie, but only during quiet scenes, and barely noticeable.

Note, this isn't an "all service" theater. There's nothing like food ordering/delivery. The chairs have lean, but don't recline, or at least not in the theater room I landed in.

My family, and I, love this movie theater. We are so happy it has opened back up. The workers were all wearing masks and the place looked incredibly clean in the bathrooms, theater and in the lobby. That is a huge bonus for us. The staff always seems to be very friendly too. The showtimes range throughout the whole day and they are always showing a handful of movies. You can always find something to watch. The prices are reasonable compared to normal theaters this size. We have no complaints. It's a great place to take your family.

It was nice to get back to going to the movies again. It has been so long. This was our 1st time at this theater. Great experience. Looking forward to returning.

This is a close theater to our house and we always take our kids here for the occasional movie night! They are clean, quick and really never super busy! Seats are comfy and well maintained even if they aren't the recliners that most theaters are switching too. No complaints!

Let's get people back into the theater and out of the house had a blast at Spiderman acrost the spider verse. Thanks for the wonderful night.

We saw the Addams Family. Loved it!We got a great Tuesday night bargain. The theater was not crowded. The theater was very clean. The popcorn was fresh. My husband is hearing impaired and he had no problem hearing the movie.
