Best Home Depot in my opinion. Very helpful staff. As a contractor they wanted to save me money with a pro account. Very happy with the savings.

Clean, clear aisles with fully stocked shelves. Plenty of help available if needed. No waiting for self checkout.

Rob in hardware is THE BEST! I am constantly taking on new projects I know nothing about and he always walks up to me to ask how he can help! He is always kind, without judgement and extremely knowledgeable! My latest project was an old bench to restore for my besties grandmother. I told him I was sure we could just replace it for less money, but we wanted to learn how to restore it and make it last! Rob took the time to review my measurements and steer me toward the best products for my vision. He even asked me to bring a picture back once it was done! And I totally did! It’s like down-home service in a big-box store. ❤❤❤

We came here looking for a handle for the shower. We were approached almost immediately by an associate who took us were we needed to be. After telling him our problem and showing him the broken part, he was able to find us the part. He GAVE it to us! (I think he took it out of a package). We still bought a handle too, but, wow, what service. We will be back!

Got a great deal on this Samsung double washer. It was lightly damaged during delivery. Some light scratches on front and and a broken cover door for the clean out.
Reduced $500 from original price and with a little negotiation I was able to get it for $1250. 37% off manufacturer list.

Mich, Mike, Josh and the very sweet cashier in the garden center were wonderful in helping me replace trees that I purchased last year that unfortunately didn't make it through the winter. The lady at the customer service desk... not so helpful... Because of Mich, I will be a returning customer. Thank you

So far in 5 years of shopping there. They have either had the product I needed or the answers.

I was at the Lapeer store yesterday looking at screen doors. An associate named Dorraine approached me and asked if she could be of assistance. I explained that I wasn't completely sure what I wanted but I had just built a back porch and was looking for a screen door to install on the back of garage.
Dorraine listened to me and asked a few questions to better ascertain what I needed. She then took the time to guide me around to various types of doors and explained the options and benefits of each. She was very knowledgeable, friendly, professional and understanding and made sure that I knew the cost of each.
I told her that I was going to think it over and she was quite understanding and not pushy at all. I left the store and went grocery shopping at Kroger but I kept thinking about the doors that Dorraine had showed me (one in particular) and her friendly, professional manner.
I finished my shopping at Kroger and went back to Home Depot and purchased the door. It is a good Screen Tight door but I could have bough it just about anywhere. I returned to purchase it at this Home depot because of the treatment that I received from Dorraine. She is a credit to this store!

Building a trex deck, they have everything you need!! And the PRO desk is awesome!

I just had 2 exterior doors bought and installed. The installers were Bottoms up through Home Depot and they were the best. The install was done very carefully and I LOVE my new doors they look beautiful. I highly recommend them with Home Depot.
