Nice clean store. Friendly and helpful staff people. Had trouble finding my size but seems like whatever I need everybody else does too!!

I love Skechers. They have a beautiful selection of multiple colors and fit. If you need arch support, wide support, soft support, running shoes, walking shoes, sandals, sneakers, every day shoes, kids, men and women shoes, then they've got what you need. Socks, athletic wear, backpacks, etc. Unfortunately, they don't carry shoes for size 11 feet like mine so I have to order online. But the store is well organized and neat so finding what you need shouldn't be a problem.

It was clean and everything wasn't thrown everywhere. Went in to get the slip ons for myself and husband. Customer service was good and they were very helpful. Price going out the door was very reasonable. So many shoes hard to make a choice to just one pair of shoes.

A good selection for kids shoes. Price is standard as other places and just worth the visit.

Great Service!
When my family and I walked in, we were greeted by the employees. This store was clean and had a nice aroma. We were offered help and workers went above and beyond to help my parents find what they were looking for.
The workers here are perfect examples of outstanding customer service!

Service was excellent. I have my own five star company and I love when I receive five star service as we get to our customers once again, thank you the young lady Allie was so helpful I ended up buying three pair of shoes and accessories.I also had knee surgery and I absolutely love the slip ins.

This is really a nice store. It was our first visit. They had a great sale, 50% off the second pair. We bought four pairs. Store personnel were friendly and helpful, which was really great because of the huge selections.

There are not enough words too express the experience that I had today at the SKECHERS warehouse store in Arlington on Matlock I was amazed how clean the store was but even more so with the service that I received from (Monica) I’m must have asked 1 million questions and she was as patient as ever, the service I received was so wonderful and her knowledge and expressing about the product!

The service was so great that I end up buying three pair of shoes with the intent just to look around! Monica deserves a promotion in-fact I’m going back tomorrow customer service!! customer service!!! customer service!! I end up getting the sketcher arch fit! The best Pair of sneakers I have ever worn and I’m on my feet all day in my line of work!

I can go on and on! But Monica you rock and I’ll see you tomorrow you have my business and I will definitely refer more people to your store corporate if you’re listening upper management! This young lady need to be placed in a position to train others on how to do the job the product is great but the service was even better she did not cherry pick her custom! Thank you Monica! This store is a wonderful place for brand specific fans, much better selection of everything Skechers than any other store. Prices seemed comparable to other discount retailers. One employee approached and checked with me within 5 minutes of arrival, but after that was available but not hovering. Worthy of checking out anytime you need / want some new shoes or clothes.

The ladies were very helpful...the of buy one and get 50% second pair plus become a Skechers registered member and get an additional 10,% off complete purchase.bought 2 pair of sandals for $73.20. I saw them in Panama, Panama for $75.00 plus tax for 1 pair

Took the kids shopping and had a wonderful experience! The associates are just amazing and helped me find the correct size for my kids and are very patient and super helpful! Thank you Skechers for providing amazing employees!!!
