Amazing experience at this location!! We were transferring service from one provider to cricket and Miranda was so helpful!!! Needed to create a new email and all sorts of issues and she never got impatient or tired of our situation. A HUGE thank you for going over and above!!

Was assisted by the manager, Miranda Nicole, over the phone. She got everything ready & set up. Once in the store, I was attended to attentively & professionally by Joycelyn. Everything was handled flawlessly, expeditiously & professionally. Now my favorite store & customer specialists. Kudos to 2 knowledgeable professionals.

Stopped by Cricket wireless to inquire about changing my service from AT&T. We were paying almost $500.00 a month for 6 devices. The knowledge and expertise of the young lady, Miranda, was beyond compare. I haven't experienced that level of TRUE customer service from a company in a very long time. If you are looking for top level customer service and a better wireless company, come to this location where they will treat you like family. Wish I could give more than 5 stars, they truly deserve it.

After visiting TWO different Cricket locations and having horrible experiences I went to see Miranda and she was the best! I am an old bird and don't always understand the new technology, but she was patient with me and laughed with me when I had to laugh at myself. She was very knowledgeable and had me up and running likety split! Great customer service. WAY TO GO GIRL...... KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK!

Charmaine was awesome!! She was so great with our daughter, who needed a phone. She was also very patient with her parents, me, who kept calling the store! Thank you Charmaine!!!!

Cesar was very helpful with informing me about the plans and the progressive leasing program. Even though I don’t didn’t end up getting service from them yet, due to the service that I currently have being closed on Sunday. I was planning on keeping the same phone and number. Cesar made it easy to understand.

I came in to cricket store on south cooper street Arlington tx to inquire how I can upgrade my device to a better one. He took his time and respectively took me through all he got and I left the store with an iPhone. Candidly I I pray that God Almighty will continue to bless you Eric. Best cricket location ever I was so happy to end up at the Arlington location instead of Mansfield the employees was very helpful from answering all my questions setting up my new phone all the way to giving me a price for international calling I will be back to visit the cooper location for now on
