The guys at this location were very helpful, both Bryce and Sage, were very friendly and explained all the available promotions to my husband and I on different occasion's, Bryce even told me about the neighborhood and good places to eat being that were new to the area.

Mike, the wonderful guy from NY, was very helpful and made my experience exceptional! I bought a new Iphone, 5 accessories and a new Ipad because of his great customer service. He was personable, knowledgeable and very pleasurable to work with. Highly recommend him and this location. Very clean and very easy to park at and get in and out of.

I went in with my parents today to update all of our iPhone’s, which are 6’s and 7’s. We are not super tech savvy and were not sure what we needed as far as an affordable options go. After only about 5 minutes of waiting, one of the workers there, Mike, took care of us right away. He explained our plan, the costs, discounts, and easiest path to not break the bank. He broke down and explained everything clearly on what to expect from not only the phones but what would show up on the bill. Will definitely be going back if needed and highly recommend. Ask for Mike and he will take care of you!

I can not say enough about Scott went above and beyond. 2 weeks switching from straight talk back to Verizon. I was a customer for 15yrs left. Almost walked away again. The manager help so much too. I was stressed and I really need my number had it for 20 something years. 3or 4 days they didn't send me away they actually help. This is what service and dedication is. Thank you all for your help.

Minimal wait time, extremely knowledgeable sales reps. I had an extremely positive experience when I went there a week ago & I love the updated look of the interior! I'll definitely go back to the Sturbridge store for all of my cellular needs, especially after having such a great experience with the really friendly staff!!! Thanks for such a great experience!!!

While it's normally tough to have a pleasant experience spending too much money on a phone, this location runs smoothly. Quick service, respect for "first come first serve" , and up-front discussion on any deals or promotions. Arrive at opening time on busy days and you'll get right in and out.

My husband and I had a great experience. We had some issues with our new Samsung S7 phones, we spoke to tech support which instructed us to go into the store. The Manager and employee that helped us were great.

We had to wait in the sun for 15 minutes to go in, but thats because of Covid not the company. There was ahand sanitizer all over andas always the staff was exceptiomally friendly and helpful. They took the time to make sure my mother who is; for lack of a better phrase, technologically challenged, knew exactly what she was getting. They were respectful despite my mother knowing little about the phone she was getting and asking questions that seemed like no brainers. Great place to go for older people, they're very respectful and eager to help and explain for those who need it.

I go past a Verizon store in my town to go to Sturbridge. The staff has always been extremely helpful and just a bunch of really NICE people. I always feel like they're giving me 200% effort, and working in retail I'm not easy to impress with good customer service. Thanks!

oh my god I love this place so much. I want to just hang out here all day. the employees are incredible. shout out to Andrew for A+ assistance today. thank you all for helping keep flappy bird on my phone the last 8 years.

Don't expect a short visit. This is because the staff here does not simply slap a phone in your hand and rush you out the door to get to the next sale. They make sure that all of your questions get answered and that you buy a phone that you are happy with.

Every time I go to the store in sturbridge I am welcomed with friendly conversation. Andrew and Nick are great and are a huge help. They make sure i have all my questions answered and more. Definitely my favorite store.
