They originally inadvertently charged me for two items that I had not purchased. I live 45 minutes away and had to drive all the way back for a refund on the items in question but Sharon, the manager on duty at the time, made sure to make it right by us. Excellent customer service from Ms. Sharon, she deserves a raise considering I was about to never return had they not fixed the situation.

Always a good time visiting this store. All the staffs are polite, helpful and very knowledgeable. They always have awesome deals going on. Would definitely recommend everyone to visit this store.

Deals are awesome but the line is always crazy. If you're prepared to wait you can get some awesome deals.

This is my absolute favorite store in the area. Yesterday I found a great pair of running shoes for $35. These days that is an extremely fair price for a pair of shoes that I will likely wear almost every day. Over the years this is one outlet that has always catered to military and I really appreciate it. Returns have never been an issue and I can always find more great products the next time I go.

There is a pretty good sale going on right now. I think it's worth a visit.

My son is a runner. He has done a half marathon at 15. He is looking forward to doing a 50 miler this year. He and I were in disagreement about which shoes he should get. Jason is the perfect sales person for this scenario. He listened to what both of us wanted/thought was best. Played devil's advocate. Spoke in terms both teenager and parent could understand. We originally went in because my son had found shoes he liked on line and I thought he should try on a similar make/model. We left yesterday with my son still believing what he wanted to believe, no shoes in hand. Over night, he had a chance to think about it. Jason's extensive knowledge of what would work with how my son runs and his pronation tendencies as well as his people skills allowed my son to be able to take his advice and understand why certain shoes would work better in his scenario. We are going back today to get the shoes Jason recommended.

Always have good deals and the staff are extremely helpful/dont mind checking stock to find anything you may need. 10/10 recommend

Great deals. All depends on if your size is in stock. They get shipments every day, however some times it is slim pickings.

This is the place to shop. True outlet pricing but very clean & organized.

It's always just a cluster going in and out. The prices aren't really "outlet" prices either. Must go south to get the bargains. This comment is about the Mall in general. ADIDAS SEEMS TO BE THE SAME NO MATTER WHICH STORE YOU GO TO IN. PRICES ARE RIGHT!!
