Recently had an issue at this store and went back in to resolve the issue. Freddie and Tyler are great assets to this brand. I have been shopping this location for over a decade and the current staff is by far the best they've ever had!

Tony from appliances made my day. Not only very friendly and polite but also extremely helpful. I was looking for a specific light bulb for my microwave. He explained I probably should look in lighting as opposed to appliances. But as opposed to just sending me there, he walked me over directly in front of the light bulb I needed. Help me decide which one to get by asking the right questions. I could not be more satisfied with the customer service I received today. This is what's missing in American businesses right now. Tony is the exception. Thank you so much for hiring him.

Bonnie is an amazing asset to the store. Can’t remember the last time I had such a wonderful informative experience in a store. And the employee, Bonnie was cheerful as well. Thank you Bonnie I will always come to your location of Home Depot not only for all the help you gave, but also your smiling, cheerful face… Such a welcoming feeling coming in as an uncertain customer.

Freddy at customer service was awesome ! Thank you for making my shopping a breeze. I’m pregnant and he was super helpful and polite.

Went there on Saturday looking to buy a washer machine and dyer, there was a young man giving out popcorn who was very professional, great customer service, directed me to Ms Bonnie, she was very polite, professional, great customer service and knowledgeable of the appliances that we were looking at.

Ordered paint from here this past weekend online. Store was very nice and clean, and the staff was very helpful.

Most Home Depots are awesome. I always have really good experiences. However, "One" staff member here has solidified this location as my all time best experience with any Home Depot/Lowe's or any other department store.
I shop here frequently and I reached my annual military discount limit. Therefore, the computer didn't process the discount. The older lady (a true sweet heart) supervising the self check out section saw this and said "wait, it didn't give you the discount" I said "no ma'am, I have reached my limit. I understand". She said "no, you didn't reach your limit when you were serving this country, so you will not reach your limit today". She then manually entered a 10% discount. This hit my heart with the weight of ton of bricks. Such a small gesture left such a huge impact on me. Those who bless me are blessed, and I know she will be blessed beyond measure. Her heart is rare in the world today. Home Depot has a Gem.

experience from the customer service representative Sherry Barnett…she was beyond sweet and helpful…definitely deserves a a promotion…she went above and beyond to help me …I have visited this location roughly 3 times and always hope she is working…I was lucky enough to see her last visit and was able to get checked out by her , I promised her a review because she absolutely deserves it …outstanding service!

wow this home depot is very small. but is very organized. clear and the staff is very friendly.

The customer service at this store is superb! Every time I have a curbisde pick up order, they are prompt to bring it right out to you with the friendliest attitudes and care. In the store? Employees are very helpful, I'm always greeted when entering, everyone is always very helpful. This location is my favorite one to shop and I will go out of my way to come to this location, even though there is one much closer to my house. Thank you South Blvd Home Depot! Keep up the good work!!

I went to purchase a water filter for my refrigerator. Glad they had it in stock. Called ahead of time, young lady had it pulled for me, in and out in 15 minutes. I go here for most of my home improvement needs and you get great discounts if you have their credit card.

These five stars are for Gennera. I went to buy some paint and there wasn’t any in store. However, Genera was there to assist me and helped me look at other stores. She was very patient and amiable. Even though we did not find the product, I left satisfied, due to her impecable customer service.

As soon as I entered I was met with the most warmest welcome. Ladies at the front end were very, very nice and concerned that I had the proper gear to get around. I'm somewhat hindered and sometimes require a little extra assistance getting around. This was about 6 p.m.....Thank you front end and cashiers.

This is my nabor hood go to store, the employee's are very friendly and helpful. Home Depot always have what I'm looking for at a good price. I never have a problem with returns ever, I love this place.

Frank at the rental department is amazing. I rented a power washer but returned it an hour late and he waived the extra fee for me. He was super accommodating and very helpful.

Went to get copies of a key for one. I usually have to wait awhile for someone to come over and help at places for key copies . Someone came right over within 60 secs and helped. The employee at self checkout was extremely helpful as well. Love Home Depot!
