If you like good customer service, this is the place to find it. Ali was extremely helpful and really took his time to explain things and make sure I had everything I needed. Dude has the patience of a saint for helping me with the customer service line lol. Amber was great to talk to and so kind and helpful as well! I'll definitely be returning to this location in the future.

If you need to know a good location to go to if you have Metro T-Mobile service I will tell you right now here on Patterson there is a lady named Amber who is very knowledgeable about her job! She is actually courteous and kind while being helpful. That has not always been my experience see my review for the Moraine Metro T-Mobile. Had a broken phone today and the associate Amber that was working was such a help. I think I was in 3 different times trying to figure out how to fix my issue and she was such a help every time. Even though I was frustrated she kept calm and helped me carry on!

There is a mom daughter team there. Love em. I did an upgrade and purchased a new phone. They listened to my needs and got me a great phone. Well...phone had issues the same day. Turns out it was a chrome issue and a scam....cash app kept popping up. The daughter fixed my phone no problem and redid some things on my phone to make it user friendly. I have been in with metro since 2016 because of people like this. Great service and free Amazon prime. Love some MetroPCS. Best service and price around.

When I tell you that these guys are the real deal! Amazing and above board customer service! If you need a phone and/or another carrier just come on over and check them out! They'll get you the best and the you'll won't be disappointed!

2 years ago my husband and I switched to Metro. Although {I think) we were at a different store in the area, I'm pretty positive we had the same employee, lol! He was great, fast, knowledgeable and kind. No problems so far and I got a free earbuds as well for getting a case and screen protector with my new phone! Thanks!

Todd the associate was amazing!! He saved me money that was not needed to spend instead of a lot of stores trying to get every dollar they can out of you. At first I went to the one on linden and the worker was smoking outside then when I started to walk up to the store he hurried in and locked the door!! Go see Todd at the Patterson metro pcs you won't be disappointed.
