Caputo’s did a great job working with me on a gift card issue, which they resolved before our phone conversation ended. I was able to place my order with no problem using the gift card. My order came within a couple days and everything was as hoped. I would definitely order from them again!

An item was missing from my order. They promptly sent a replacement as well as lovely chocolate bars for my trouble. Their communication was fantastic. Their customer service was amazing! I'll be ordering from them again for sure.

I was so very happy to have discovered this place, simply because it offered items that tend to be difficult to find online and also to ship to my state. I was further surprised and delighted when I received my order in the most environmentally friendly, all-paper packaging I've seen to date—no plastic, not even tape! The customer experience has been superb, and they've captured me for life. I only wish they were local! :-)

We live on the East Coast, so we enjoy Caputo's excellent online collection that ranges from Tunisian couscous and olive oil to Spanish fishes and French cheese. It's been over 5 years now and their food and service remains excellent. A special thanks to their packing crew for keeping everything safe as it gets shipped!

I found my favorite artisan malt vinegar (made in England) thru Caputo’s website . A few clicks and within a few days I received my bottles packaged perfectly.

Buying dark chocolate from Caputo's should come with a warning label: "This chocolate will ruin any other chocolate for you forever." Before I sampled their chocolate I ate dark chocolate every day - for years - and I thought I'd found some of the best. Their chocolate is expensive - yes - but my husband buys himself fancy whisky and scotch at a high price point, so I decided - this is my daily treat and worth every penny. Their customer service is excellent as well. It's now in our monthly budget - keeping me in outstanding high quality dark chocolate! AJ

Caputo's has an extensive and terrific line of products. They carry a wonderful Italian vinegar that is nearly impossible to find elsewhere. Their service is splendid. The large bottles of vinegar were carefully wrapped in biodegradable material. No styrofoam! Quick delivery, good prices, case discounts, easy to reach. Altogether, a wonderful online experience. I will always begin with Caputo's when I am looking for special and/or imported groceries.

Our order with cheese, butter, and charcuterie arrived as scheduled. Everything was still cool in the package. We have really enjoyed all the items that we received. Of note, the revived Basque Tome was very flavorful and had a nice texture. Not at all affected by the travel. I recommend.

Kudos for Caputo's on-line. Their product selection is large and the prices are very reasonable compared to my local specialty markets. Ordering on-line was easy and my order arrived within 2 days of being place. (Salt Lake-Denver). The care with which it was packed was especially notable as was the use of all recyclable packing material. Overall rating of 5/5.

I contacted Caputo's and they immediately sent a replacement order. I'll continue to patronize their business and have recommended them to my friends without qualification.

I research other components and then top customer service is the key to complete the order! Caputo's retail stores and their Online service is first-rate!
