Always five stars to me. Could stay in here all day looking at all the goodies. The store is clean, very well stocked and the cashiers in my experience are friendly and engaging.

I love this place. I'm like a kid in the candy store! Always have what I need. Staff nice and friendly. Wish they'd give a military discount.

I've shopped at Harbor Freight for years (in two different states) for my shop supplies, specialty consumables, and low to medium duty tools. Great value for the money, BUT, you must know quality and durability of tools to get maximum value. Some of their tool products can be disappointing and do not hold up to heavy long-term usage. Their Members Club is a good deal if you make fairly frequent purchases. The discounts with special member pricing can be substantial. I had it for a year and will renew. One of the best things about Harbor Freight is their friendly and engaging staff. The staff members are very helpful and seem to really care about their customers -- and that's based on personal interactions here in Louisiana and previously in Northern Illinois. All in all I give Harbor Freight a 5-star rating and would recommend it.

I might be biased because this is my addiction store with great prices.

I always go there for inexpensive tools that I will only use on occasion. Prices beat all the major brands. Got me new tool box to add to my collection. Had a great price of $199

Super great location!

When I needed some tear drop shaped clearance lights for our charter vehicles, I searched everywhere with zero luck. I then remembered the place I should have checked first. Not only did they have what I was looking for, it was very affordable. Plus I used my online coupon using my phone, for an extra 20% off. The discount is only for the higher priced item, if you have more than one item at checkout, not the total amount.

They were awesome!!! Power was out and they still got everybody in and took their cards manually calling to confirm when they could still getting us emergency supplies as needed as available. Thank you so much Harbor Freight!!!! They were there for us during the storm!!

All Fabrication tools with a little engineering can be modified to the way they should be or to your liking...

How can it get any better??? With Free stuff, great prices, friendly staff, more option of products and shopping at Harbor Freight stores all over the US….. tonight it got even better in Shreveport. All 3 employees helped me — 1) a gal I asked TOOK me to the assorted pack of rubber grommets I needed! 2) Joseph and another employee showed me how the safety feature on the gas can worked and gave me other personal pointers. 3) Then Joseph looked up my phone number and gave me a free Tarp I could use and did not expect!

Bought a tv mount for a reasonable price . The mount is perfect, much more heavy duty than expected.

Harbor Freight always has a deal no matter whistle you visit and have come a long way in the quality of tools they offer compared to when they first opened. Quality tools at a fair price with great customer service. The associate at this store helped me find exactly what I was looking for.

Pretty good, clean and not badly priced compared to home depot

Im not a big fan of harbor freight but it does have its place. But.. the staff at check out was awesome at this location. Entire staff was friendly like an old country store. My son and i will visit THIS location again when we are back in town.

Great place for low priced tools and equipment. Although most items are not top name brands, they are reliable and have lasted for many years, and still working. Great staff, but short handed at the time of this review.

The employees are great. They're always helpful and very knowledgeable about where everything is in the store. I was in and out in less than 5 minutes.

Our shopping experience was fantastic here, and I must say, very reasonably priced for named brand tools. The employees there were very nice and knew where and what isle the tool or tools were on, cause I tested a couple of the Employees and each one that I asked where a specific tool was at not only told me where it was at, but escorted us to the specific location where the requested item was at.
Great shopping experience today at Harbor Freight.
