Went in to get some new running shoes. I had a couple in mind, but also asked for recommendations. Ean was extremely helpful. At one point, it seemed he was the only employee on the floor, but he handled all the requests well. He kept checking on me and willingly found each shoe I requested. I know I can be indecisive sometimes with purchases like this, so as it got busier I was nervous I ‘d be forgotten about, but Ean stayed on top of everything, gave great recommendations, and was very helpful in my pursuit of new running shoes. Steve greeted us at the door and was very friendly. I asked the cashier to help us with glasses and right as he was about to open the case, another customer asked for help. He helped that customer before us and told us he would be right back. As we were waiting Steve walked over and accessed the case. He told us about the app and how other color options were available. He was overall very friendly and helpful. Excellent customer service by Steve.

Can't remember everybody who helped me in the store but the service was great and they even approached me to see if I needed help with anything.

I do remember the cashier/check out person. I liked him a lot. His name was Jake. He was a cool dude, professional and funny. It was like we were best buds the way we were talking. Overall great customer service.

Good selection on golf supplies. All the top brands.

I had to make a return, which is often challenging at stores, but Steve went out of his way to help me, even 5 minutes before closing. It was very appreciated, and I will definitely come back in the future. Thanks, Steve!

This was my first time purchasing anything from this store but I think I’ll be shopping here more often. I found some Nikes I’ve been wanting to get my dad for Christmas and they were significantly cheaper than any other store. Also, the curbside pickup was super fast and seamless. All in all it was a perfect online shopping experience.

I want to thank Brandon he actually saved me for actually checking if they had an sklz Catapult in stock. The first guy Daniel which I think is a supervisor all in black t shirt told me he actually went to get the last one in the back about an hour ago. I was upset and I ask Brandon to double check and he took a while but actually found the last one. Thank you Brandon you should get promoted for taking care of the customers. I work in a dental office and you have good customer service 🤘🏽

It wasn't good. It was GREAT! I found every single thing my child needs for his soccer practice. Also found good shoes for them to wear.

We came here to shop for bats. My son warped his old one and decided to check out what they have in stock. I like that they have a change to test the bats and also shows how far a ball was hit. It made shopping for bats interactive and enjoyable. The customer service was fantastic and the staff was quite knowledgeable about their products.

They gave me great customer service, and showed me whatever shoe I wanted to see. Everyone there was very polite and friendly.
I will be shopping there on a regular basis.

Great customer service when I was in a few weeks ago... the manager Mike was very helpful and took his time to answer all of my questions. I bought several items that I had planned to buy elsewhere (because they were a little cheaper online) but decided to spend my money here instead due to the great service I received. Keep it up and I will keep coming back! With 4 kids in sports I spend a lot of money at Dick's!

Great price for what we needed. Easy in and out unlike the big box stores.

I went in today to purchase adidas trio pants and the sizes I needed was not available. And I had a promo code for my purchase, Lauren was the one helping me and let me say she is the prime example of excellent customer service. It took a while to figure out the promo codes and to match prices. But she took the initiative to make my visit well worth the wait. At the end she was able to apply the promo code and match the price for me. Her customer service soars above and beyond and I believe she should be recognized for her excellence!

Good stuff to buy for any basic sports and we always get camping gear.

Good customer service. Found good price on youth snow gear. Snow boots, snow pants, two pair of snow gloves under $100. Nothing fancy but will more than do.

Employees were helpful and patient with us while we selected the bicycle for my son. Diana did a great job assisting us in the bike section.

This store is pretty good. It's clean and the staff is very helpful. Only downside is the on-site inventory is not great.
