A gem of a store tucked away in this shopping center. Clean, bright and with a load of charming shoes with "good bones". A charming and knowledgeable sales person helped us with our special needs (high arch, balance issues, elderly). From sandals to work shoes to walking or hiking, this is a great store to check out.

Best shoe store anywhere! Drove from Yakima WA to find a good shoe store. 🙂 so worth the trip. Customer service spot on! Selection was great even if it's a early to shop for sandals.

I was looking for a very specific shoe. They did not have it, but the sales person was great to deal with. He was nice enough to tell me what size I would be in that shoes measurements. Nice people & I will look to do business with them in the future.

Great shoe store. Very experienced sales staff. They take the time to sit and fit. They actually put the shoes on your feet and if need lacing they lace them up.

One might think the prices are high, but the quality of the product is excellent. Do you want to pay $50 a pair that last 1 season and have horrific foot/arch support, or pay $150 for a shoe that lasts at least 3 times longer AND had excellent foot/arch support? No brainer for me. Manager Cory and the staff are friendly and knowledgeable. He litterly solved my foot problems and gave me an excellent product. GBK

Kimberly, was so helpful and patient. She listened to my challenges and needs and did her best to offer suggestions and creative solutions. I, have been to a number of podiatrist, etc. There are some good options here that are worth a try. Stop in and ask for Kimberly, I am so pleased that I did. Thank You.

The shoes & boots that "Shoe Mill" carries are the BEST fitting, most comfortable that I have ever purchased! Their sales people go out of their way to help their customers. This is my "go-to" place!

Although I had a 1 star customer service experience at this location, corporate without my request, reached out to me and made it right. This is rare these days.

I had awful, painful plantar fasciitis. These guys put me in the right shoes (Naot) and like magic the pain was gone; never to return! They know their business and they are patient, knowledgeable and helpful.

This is where you get shoes that will last you for a long time. Great brand and style selection. Not cheap... but you get what you pay for... so you will get lasting product.
