Pretty big store. Friendly and had the latest issues that were easy to find.

Best comic books in town.I like the staff here and the place is really clean and well organized. I always find great comic books in here, I like horror comics, and can get great recommendations as well. It's wheelchair accessible and there's parking on the street.

Comics Factory is my LCS. I live in Burbank and I drive to Pasadena on every new comic book day.

The guys that work here are some of the best people I have ever met. Kind, friendly, nice, and they are always looking to make sure you are happy and satisfied. I always felt like more than just a customer here.

Comics Factory has an excellent selection of comic books, trade paperback, and graphic novels. They also have a huge selection of Funko Pops, Manga, and other merchandise. Comic book genres range from Indie books such as Something is Killing the Children to your big two DC and Marvel Comics. I visited nearly all the comic book stores in Los Angeles County and I haven't found a comic book store with a better variety and selection of comic books than Comics Factory. And it continues to expand as they have a large space.

Whether I needed Comics Factory to save me a copy of a comic book that I forgot to order, or fulfilling last minute orders on Previews World, they always come through for me. They really do go out of their way to make sure I was taken care of.

Their pullbox system is simple and easy. No hassle. No frustration. I am able to preorder/order books at a 100% accuracy. If a book is shorted, allocated, or delayed, they make sure to let everyone know.

George, Carmen, George, Dennis and the rest of the staff go above and beyond. I couldn't ask for a better comic shop.

I love this place. Everything is bagged and boarded, they never overstock the shelves, easy to sift through. Super knowledgeable and friendly, this shop is the standard that all shops should be held by.

The staff are friendly, helpful and the environment is welcoming to all ages and genders.

They stock a large collection of comics other than superhero and have a very healthy selection of books that occupy most of the center of the store.

This place is special. Wonderful selection of comics and graphic novels. The staff is helpful and knowledgeable. The owner of the shop (I wish I had asked for his name) was warm, patient, passionate and welcoming. I had a female friend with me who had experienced some toxic comic book shop environments in the past and she felt safe and respected. That meant a lot to me as well. So glad I visited from out of town and so excited to read my haul. I shall return!

Let me tell you about this wonderful gem of a place. It is spacious and likely to have what you might be fixing to collect or read. If you need a variant cover that has been sold out online, this is the place to visit. It holds a wide variety of comics, funko pops, manga, figures, and many more. The staff are friendly and are likely to help or discuss with you about your pop-culture topics (if you incline). I believe you’ll have a quality experience here.

This place ruled. The staff was super helpful and was able to give me great recommendations based on what I've liked so far, but while still expanding my horizons. Can't wait to read through this fat stack I just got.

Awesome place with friendly staff, and amazing selection too. I always appreciate when comic stores stock a large variety of children's comics, manga, graphic novels, and etc. in addition to just the usual mainstream superhero comics. This will definitely be one of my new go-to places!

Great service, always very helpful. They have really good stock and will try and order you what they don't have. One of the best comic shop I've been to. It's the only comic shop in Pasadena, so it's the real life version of the one from The Big Bang Theory.

Great store and staff! Lots of space for all publishers, not just the Big Two. Healthy manga selection. I wish they weren't getting rid of their back issue section but you can't have everything

Always cover price on available back-issues. Knowledgeable and friendly staff. Great selection of art books, trade paperbacks and kids comics. If you've been away from collecting for a while, like me, just ask any of the staff and they'll steer you in the right direction (genre, character, artist, writer) these guys are fans and readers so they have a very personal approach. Love this place during Free Comic Book Day and Halloween!

I come here for all my manga! While the pandemic has really screwed over a lot of businesses, Comics Factory tries their best to get you what you need and has a huge selection of comics, manga, and pops! The staff is super friendly! Highly recommend!

Wonderfully knowledgeable and genuinely friendly staff. Absolutely awesome selection; they have comics and volumes from Image, Boom, DC, Marvel, Aftershock, Vault, IDW, Aspen and more! If they don't have it in stock and they can order it, they will do so quickly and let you know when it's ready to pick up. Sometimes they have little events too. Without a doubt, this is my all-time favorite comic shop!

Loved that everyone was so friendly, helpful and super informative. I'm not too familiar with comics as I was mostly doing a pickup for someone but there was an overwhelming amount of comic content that is a dream for anyone into comics of course. Definitely will pass by if I'm in that area again.

Super kind and helpful staff! They have huge selection of single issue comics, trade paperbacks, manga, and collectors statues. Their back issue area is a jumbled mess but that isn't a huge issue. The space they're in is bright and cheery.

Tons of comics. Check. Crazy large selection of manga. Check. Friendliest, most helpful and knowledgeable staff of any comic book store. Check! They have it all. I've been to most comic book stores in SGV and a good chunk of Burbank, Glendale and Hollywood, and they all pale in comparison to Comics Factory. Do yourself a favor and give them a try. You won't be disappointed.

A gem for any comic book fan. Great selection of graphic novels and children's comic books too. Huge selections. They carry just about every big to small publishers and independent.

Love this store! Always lots of recent back issues. Free bag and board with each book so it's always MINT! Discounts with pulled books. Would like to see more action figures outside of Pop figs.
