Dunkin'

So far, my experiences have been great! My order has always been correct, and the people actually smile. I come here all the time. The one on S Wilmington St is not good at all.

Great place and great service. I found the food taste good and I enjoyed my breakfast. Great job.

I really like this location.. the people are friendly and they actually make my coffee as I order it. I've been here a couple of times, and they are consistent with their delivery, care, and skill.

Amazing service! The person taking my order in the drive thru helped me with my food allergies and was able to suggest options that worked. They got my order out quickly and correctly. The lady taking orders, I hope they hold on to her. I’ll be back.

They were very busy and they had a kiosk in front where we could order, but I could not figure it out for the life me so one of the staff was really super nice and serve me and everything was good

This is by far my favorite Dunkin store! The manager and her staff are incredible and work so hard! Even on their busiest day, I have seen the manager effectively delegate responsibilities to ensure orders are made quickly and correctly. I visit this location several times a week, and I have never had a negative experience!

I've been by here on a couple of occasions and haven't had a bad experience at all. Crossiant is always good and staff has always been friendly to me. Drive thru goes quick and always has my correct order. I can't attest to the donuts but I've had a pleasant experience with the breakfast sandwhichs and coffee

Always stop by Dunkin hoping to see the Dunkin King Ben Affleck but no luck. All seriousness like their coffe a lot

A little pricey for the breakfast wraps. But good. Good customer service. Love the girl in the drive-thru. Great attitude. Wish I remembered her name. Don't worry...I'll be back and ask her and update the review :)

Y’all need to hire or schedule more people. In no way am I complaining about the employees because they were amazing, but there’s three of them at 8:30 in the morning trying to scramble around and make everything while taking orders. These poor kids are stressing themselves. Only put five stars because they were very polite and made everything quickly given their circumstances.

Everytime I go in there, the manager is very nice and helpful and has even been courteous enough to fix my order for free when I’m the one who messed it up. I go here now instead of Starbucks, plus I LOVE the caramel frozen coffee!!

I go to this location multiple times a week and they never miss! The morning crew here is the BEST!

A lot of friendly employees. Have had good experiences so far. Clean inside. I just wish they’d change their lids. My coffee is always leaking out of the sides of it.

Good place for coffee and a donut. It gets a bit busy during morning and late afternoon when people are going to and from work. Overall it's good to grab a coffee and some donuts. This location is new and handles it well.

The new Dunkin Donuts at Hwys 40 and 42 provided perfect service to me and my guest that was visiting from out of town! She is very sensitive to gluten but the Manager and servers were so gracious and patient with us! Specialty coffee made just the way we like them and a modified menu item to remove the bread for my guest. Thank you! Our day started out great with our visit to Dunkin Donuts!

We have been waiting 4 years since we moved to area for a stand alone Dunkin. We were so thrilled when we saw coming soon sign!!! The donuts are very fresh and the iced coffee was amazing. Staff was very polite. I hope they get alot of customers so they stay busy and we can keep Dunkin close by.

Went through the drive through this morning and had awesome service. Lovely lady was very helpful and provided a beautiful smile and wonderful customer service.

Awesome experience every morning that I go, one of the managers or someone basically knows my whole order and I love this place, so glad they opened one so close to home!!! Chose all the right people for the job too, everyone there is absolutely awesome.

Can't really knock a new dunkin, when they crush it. Great friendly service. Donuts 🍩 on point. Location was clean like it had never been used. Shut up, take my money, time to eat the 🍩 🍩 🍩

Very nice people! Sometimes they’re out of stuff but at the end of the day who really cares. Never any problems with staff :)
