The red haired drive thru cashier and the gentleman who took my order on Christmas Eve…amazing. They are the perfect example of how customer service should be. I have not experienced this level of outstanding customer service in some time. Thank you both for being so wonderful. You have me smiling and feeling so happy. ☺

This is my favorite Starbucks location! They're always quick with their hand crafted drinks and food. Every single employee I've ever interacted with has always been tentative and kind towards me.

I was positively impressed by the patience and kindness the staff showed to a special needs employee. The delay in receiving my drinks, rather than being an inconvenience, turned out to be a welcome blessing to me and other customers. As is most often the case with Starbucks, the drinks were excellent! Thanks for making my day!

I like the Starbuck in my area. They move fast even when there is a bit of a line. My food has always been prepared to perfection. And of course my drinks are on point.

lol I placed my drink at the wrong location but Thanks to the girls who made my birthday drink with some extra bang. It was delicious Jan 29th around 7:30ish

Close to closing time 9 PM so it kinda slow but they nice and got my drinks done fast and send me on my way.!

They made my drink absolutely perfectly; it was delicious. I live in fayetteville and when I get my drink there, it's not always good and not consistently prepared. The drink I got from this starbucks was delicious

This place was crazy busy when I got there... but they kept up with the crowd. The staff was so friendly! When there was only a few of us in the store, one of the staff members stopped in and played a little ukulele! Who would have thought you could be serenaded at Starbucks!?! I couldn't have had a better experience.

This is a great location. Think ahead and order using the mobile app. You can pick up your order via drive thru or park and go in and pick it up.

The girls who work here are super nice and they are fast and can help you make a decision if you are having trouble making your order.

Very friendly. They have wonderful coffee. Better do it only as a special treat for yourself though cause that price tho

This is the best Starbucks I ever been to. The management is amazing. The staff is super friendly they never say no to anything I asked them before if a drink is not what I thought they fixed it right away and make me leave happy I order daily . Not to mention Kelsey the Manager is super awesome. The Staff Jessica. Balkley. Marco . David and Mis Winter are my favorite people always friendly. Truly all of them are amazing.

Once again, go in Starbucks and not sure about a drink. They take the time to try and understand what I am trying to order and they fix it. It’s once reason I love Starbucks.

This Starbucks makes you feel at home they know their customers and they remember you very well. Kelsey runs a really good tight ship over their stuff is always clean and everybody is always friendly. Before masks everyone was always smiling. I save the place in my phone as The Best Starbucks Ever

The best Starbucks in the Raleigh/joco area by far. Staff is friendly and the drinks are consistently made. It’s nice to not wonder if your order is gonna turn out decent. Thanks Clayton Starbucks ! I’m hoping another location will come closer to riverwood/flowers plantation!

I really enjoy this particular Starbucks. The staff is super nice and the product is always on point. Most of the people recognize me and know what I like to order and that makes me feel nice. They always are smiling and seem to be in genuinely good moods.

They are friendly and accurate with drinks. The rare occasions that something does not come out as I expected they make it right with a smile. Online ordering is fast and easy to use.
