Awesome store. It is truly unique and the only one of its kind in Austin, at least of those that offer men’s clothing. Could maybe do with some investing in more avant garde designers? I would love to see items from Rick Owens, Ann D, Yohji, Margiela...

The staff is wonderful. I only visited once, but they were great. They don’t make you feel disrespected, unlike the staff at almost any other clothing store in Texas. As a young person, I’m often frowned at when shopping, so being treated with respect here was very relieving.

Super rad store. The staff is always so nice! Like really nice. I'm a college student and I rarely have the money to spend but regardless it's always a good thing to stop by, everyone is always helpful and super nice. And they stock good stuff, obviously. Only place in town with some of the gear they stock.

Great selection. More modern than the other location. All the staff is super fab & queer friendly! Check out the rose candle!

I didn't end up buying the dress I tried on, because it looked terrible on my body vs on the hanger... But I must give credit to the staff at this location. While the other store makes me feel like I should put a bag over my head and run out of the store crying; the employees at this location were very friendly and willing to help me with any question I had.
When I'm ready to update my wardrobe this spring, I'll be back to this spot to look for something a little more fashionable than the t-shirt and jeans I have on at present moment.

Obviously a gorgeous store. There’s plenty to shop from. It’s very high end and the displays are. I felt done. This is a higher price point shop if you’re looking for well selected investment pieces.

the ladies of bygeorge south congress deigned not to discount a new white shirt, flawless apart from what looked like a coffee stain on the back, saying “we’re selling it as is”.

y’all need to wake up: you’re not a vintage store so selling sullied items at full price is kinda iconic but maybe not in a great way.

We popped in after a nice lunch at Perlas. A decent sized group of us came in to actually shop for stuff. I always recognize that they offer free drinks and occasionally I or my friends take advantage. It’s a nice way to sip on a drink and browse overpriced retail.
However today, one of the staff seemingly went out of her way to be rude about us drinking “her” wine. She actually said “you better buy something if you’re gonna drink our stuff.” We initially assumed she was joking because as Austinites, you rarely run into someone THAT pretentious. But she actually kept going making the guys feel like they were rude asking for rosé, and insisting they buy something now. Long story short, Trey was kind and attentive and the tall girl with glasses is always a sweetheart but today the girl with curly blonde hair was a let down. The ladies we were with actually tried on multiple items, but they were slightly sour because of the rudeness we encountered. Will we be back? Yes. Will I ask for a free splash of rosè? Indeed.. but will I tell my friends about this experience? I already have. Until next time.. Scott

I came to buy some nice clothes for my upcoming vacation. Not sure if the staff was just having an off day or that inept with social interaction but upon entering (wearing my gym clothes) I was given a confused look and then was asked to put my purse upfront to prevent shoplifting as a “store policy”. Meanwhile, there is no visible signage stating this rule AND a woman walked in a few minutes after me and nobody approached her regarding her bag. Duly noted, will absolutely not return.

Be careful. I made an $1,800 purchase at this store, and despite being told I could make a full return if the item didn’t work (it didn’t), they didn’t honor the agreement and offered only store credit. On top of it, the manager showed no empathy at all. No “sorry for the misunderstanding”, “no, I’m sure that’s frustrating but that’s our policy.” Just the expressionless repetition of the policy. The other reviews on here make sense. Great shop, great product, poor service. This is 100% a reflection of the manager.

Do NOT come to this boutique!! Save your time, energy and money!!

If you are not deemed worthy of their help/attention they will act like you do not exist. Sad.

I walked into this boutique being very excited to view at some of my favorite brands, Bottega Veneta, Loewe, Maison Margiela, Bode, etc.

I did not even get a single look or hello in my direction. As a tourist in Austin, that interaction put a very bad taste in my mouth. It's not worth it! Go save your money and visit the actual brands stores that way you can build a profile with each brand.

Deliberately ignored by all 3 employees, I walked by each of them and made myself especially seen. I was utterly shocked and disgusted by such intentional negligence. I could tell that I was not wanted in that space.

Very angry and disappointed in how they treat their guests.
