I just love shopping at Burlington, their variety of items is indescribable. I also experienced excellent customer service. I will definitely come back!

This type of store has been needed in the Hermitage area... awesome finds! Yes, the checkout is a long wait; but, expected on a Grand Opening weekend, especially during the Holiday shopping season.

No crack, no damage everything is good my love to Burlington ❤

Clean store and short lines.

Good selections but waited over 45 minutes in line as the fifth customer in checkout because there was ONLY ONE person working the register. This was at 5:30 in the evening. There should be at least two people working the registers this early in the evening. I don’t recommend this particular store. Go to Ross next door where they have customer service.

I normally love Burlington, but this one feels cramped and crowded with stuff. The two tier racks in the men's department combined with unusually narrow aisles make the whole place uncomfortable. It seemed so big when it was a BB&B, but it seems so small now. I'd honestly rather drive to the one in Madison.

Keep driving folks this ain't it..Long wait times,shoplifters, kids running around unsupervised, rude customers and yes u need to be able to speak spanish smh

Be prepared to wait in line for 3 hours!!!

Hello my name is Diana Ramirez I wanted to file a complain form the store Burlington in Lebanon pike hermitage TN this cashier named Guadalupe
Was being so rude and disrespecting me and yell at me and I wasn’t even talking back at her she was giving me rude attitude and was being nasty this is unfortunate because I love shopping at Burlington I only went to buy some gifts and she was giving dirty looks and she was saying that I was being disrespectful at her and I wasn’t she was the one that started first. I want a apology form her and her manager or store manager this is unacceptable

Wait time several hours to check out. Christmas stuff third hand or broken. Most things do not work. Added fresh newly bought batteries well gues what nothing but my red lights from outside.

Very very disorganized. Very sad to see this brand new store look like items were just thrown anywhere. Items all over the floor made it impossible to walk threw the isles. Where is management presence?

Very little to choose from, rude cashiers, long wait in line.
If you value your time do not stop at this location.

This location just opened and there’s already shoplifting with people literally running out with a bunch of items. Better security is needed
